I've decided to make a new book, but I would like your input on the plot and idea.

I also am allowing you to make characters for it once the book is going to be published, since I'm lazy and don't want to make my own.

Humanity lives in a world in where people are connected to themselves. Around the world, are soul-beings called durama, which give abilities to their host.

They can take on an actual form once their host accepts them as part of them, and they become what are called 'Full-Bonders', but until then, they are merely just giving them powers through their souls.

Full-Bonders can unlock the secrets of a durama, and allow the durama to move from dormant form (inside the soul), to their true form.

Durama choose a host that they find suitable, at a certain age, where the host has a body that is strong enough to support it. Once durama enter the soul, they stay there until the host dies, or they die first.

The humans adapted durama's into their culture, and created a ceremony for the initial bonding of a human and their durama.

Boys and girls can be chosen at the age of sixteen, but not all are chosen by durama. Those who aren't chosen have to wait until one sees them as suitable, which could be a while.

Durama give many abilities to their humans. They give them powers that connect to the both of them.

The power must be connected to the personality or things that the durama and host share. It cannot be anything else.

But recently, durama have been choosing less and less hosts. Humanity isn't what it used to be, with the powers and souls of durama's being abused by many.

One particular group of abusers created a place to make the durama into their servants, not companions.

Most durama don't see humans as suitable anymore, as they continue to do wrong upon others and themselves.....
