Alter had killed her for the 8th time now. She came out the door again. For the ninth time. She looked wary of everything, looking around. Her grey green eyes are big, and her eyebrows are furrowed in frustration and concern. She braces herself and then walks forward. A little longer and she looks calmer. Until Alter pushes an old tree to the ground. It crashes down behind her and she jumps and starts running. She stops right before a narrow bridge.

"I guess that answers it. If a tree falls in a forest and no one is around to hear it, it still makes a sound. Heh.." She says to herself, looking at the bridge in front of her.

"Well I was there. I hardly think I'm nobody." The girl freezes. "Hey. don't you know how to greet a new pal? Turn around and shake my hand~" She doesn't move. "Awe, c'mon. It's rude to leave me hanging~" Slowly, she turns and shakes his hand. Only to be shocked. "Haha, joy-buzzer. A classic. I'm Sans, Sans the Skeleton. But most call me Alter." She just looks at him. "Ah, don't be so Shocked. I know I'm Stunning to look at." He winks.

Suddenly she starts giggling. "I-I'm Rose."

Alter notices something on her neck. "Hey, uh.. What's that?"

"Oh, it's nothing." She kinda hides it.

"No, seriously. Let me see." He reaches to move her hair out of the way.

A somewhat large purple flower pops up and hisses at him. "Back off!"

She pats Flowey's head, signaling that she's fine, while Alter flinches away. "I haven't ever seen YOU. What are you anyway. Defiantly not a human. And you don't feel like a monster. Though there is an essence to you. Maybe I'm wrong. Or maybe you're just a weed."

"Uhm, t-this is Flowey. He was only trying to protect me." Alter chuckles.

"What?! What is it, you smiley trash bag?"

"Its just the thought of a dainty Flower protecting a human, literally bigger than me."

"I'm not dainty!" Rose pets his head again and giggles.

"Right. Anyway. I'm supposed to be on the watch for humans right now. Y'know, so I can kill them~" His eyesockets went empty at that part. "But I'm too lazy. My brother on the other hand. He can do some real damage. Actually, I think that's him over there. You should cross this. I have a good place for you to hide."

Alter pushes her over the bridge and into a snowy clearing. "I-"

"Quick! Behind that conveniently located lamp." Rose goes behind the lamp.

"SAN- ......" Papyrus looks strait at Rose. "SANS. WHY THE HECK IS A HUMAN JUST STANDING NEXT TO A LAMP?"

"Well. That plan backfired. I probably shouldn't tell the next human to stand next to a lamp." Rose just looked at him like, what the fudge, Sans? He shrugs.

"HUMAN! BY ORDER OF KING ASGORE, I MUST KILL YOU."

"That's alright paps. I already killed her."

"HOW? SHE'S RIGHT THE-"

"I killed her with my HUMERUS jokes."

"SANS. DON'T YOU DARE."

"What? Ya got a BONE to pick with me?"

"SANS NO."

"TIBIA honest, I think it's just cause you're BONEly."

"THAT'S IT. I'M LEAVING!" Papyrus stomps off.

Rose is laughing and snorts. She suddenly shuts her mouth. "S-sorry! I don't usually snort."

"I think its, endearing. You-"

Papyrus comes back. "SHIT. I FORGOT TO KILL THE HUMAN." He summons a sharpened bone and throws it.

"Paps, no!"

"SANS! THIS IS SERIOUS!"

"What? You got a BONE to pick with em?"

"TIBIA honest, I think the human is a bit BONEly."

"UGH! IM LEAVING" Papyrus storms off.

Alter sighs. "Alright kid, you can come out."

Rose comes out. "That worked better. Also, why is there so much ranch behind here."

"I like ranch." Alter them notices something on her face. "You have, a little flower on your cheek."

"W-what?" She feels her face for the flower.

"Here." Alter gives her a hand mirror.

She looks in it, and tried to pull it out. She winces and Flowey pops out from behind her. "It's no use. It's rooted in."
