This happened last night

Me: *skips into living room*
Mom and Stepdad: *watching football*
Me: Hey guuuys~
Stepdad: Oh that's not a good sign-
Me: So, d'ya remember back after like, Ale and I had been dating for a few weeks, and like, he wasn't allowed up in my room, I said how I wanted to discuss some stuff about us a little down the road?
Mom: Yeah? After your guys' 6 month anniversary?
Me: Yeah! Which, at the time, was just "Let him in my room", but we're here, and he's in my room, so that's not it. What I wanted to...bring up were two options that you two could, y'know...think about, then get back to me after our 6 month-iversary.
Mom: When is that?
Me: Tomorrow!
Mom: What?!
Me: Yeah! So the two things I wanted to bring up were "1. He's allowed in my room, but the door can close." Or "2. We can stay in the car or, if possible, at home while you guys run to the store." So I'll give you time to think about-
Mom and Stepdad: Door remains half open. You two still come with us. Deal?
Me: ...I'll talk with my other client about it tomorrow.

Literally all I asked for is for:
-privacy
Or
-to not have to be dragged into a store when we're just gonna go in, grab something that's by the front, pay, and walk out, and be in the store for 30 seconds

Cuz I mean, he's done nothing that would non-verbally tell my parents "Hey, leave and I may try to impregnate your daughter." He's done nothing like that! He's polite, he's well-mannered, he's cordial!
