Me: *asleep on the couch*
My butt: *gets attacked with vibrations*
Me: *lets out a little yelp as I pull out the source (my phone)* *sees a chain of one sentence texts from Ale*
Ale: "So I know I should be asleep rn if I want to have any hopes of getting better"
Ale: "And I know it's kinda too late for what I'm about to say rn"
Ale: "But I just found a way that I could've made my PokéProm acceptance Pun 10x better"
Ale: "I coulda said "I'll "Ketch" you at Prom" as in Ash KETCHum"
Ale: "Instead of "I'll "catch" you at Prom" as in "Gotta CATCH 'em all!""
Ale: "But, too late for that, now isn't it? 😆"
Me: "Yes it is. A bit too late for it."
Me: "Btw Ale, iTS MIDNIGHT 30 AND YOU'RE RUNNIN A FEVAH!! GO TO BED"
Ale: "OKAY MOM"
Me: "O-O"
Ale: "Clear up: I see texts if I'm sick from my mom saying things along the line of "YOU'RE SICK!! GET REST!!" and so I habitually reply "Okay mom!!".
Me: "Okay. I thought it was cuz of a certain thingy..."
Ale: "...Mommy kink?"
Ale: "CUZ THERE'S NO MOMMY KINK!! NO MOMMY KINK!! NO MOMMY KINK HERE!!"
