Conductor: So, do any of you guys know who Home Free is?
Me: *the only one who raises their hand*
Conductor: Ruthie?
Me: They're an a capella group that covers country songs as well as other songs.
Conductor: Yup. I only ask that because I'm planning on us singing Amazing Grace and their cover is pretty close to how this- *picks up music for it* sounds, so can you guys take one, pass it down, and make your homework for the week be to listen to it?
Everyone: *gets music* *looking through it*
Dav (our deepest bass): *muttering* Mmm. Mmm. Mmm. M- Ummm... o-O *raises hand* Dr. *?
Conductor: Yes Dav?
Dav: Ehehe...um...shouldn't that be an octave treble clef in measure 23?
Conductor: *flips to page* No, no, it's right. 
Dav: Wai-
Conductor: Yeah, you go from singing notes down on the bass clef to singing up on the treble clef.
Dav: uM! Dr. * if I may?
Conductor: Go right ahead.
Dav: Tay can sing these notes! Con can sing these notes! Isa, Jam, Joe, even Ant can sing these notes! 
Conductor: And Dav can sing them too!
Dav: *nervous chuckle* N-no, D-Dav will die if he even attempts to sing these!
Conductor: *smiling* No you won't. You start on the upper Do b1, end on the upper Do b2, then jump to Ti a3 then upper Do b3 then up a half-step to Do. c4 (any note in bold, she was singing)
Dav: o-O
Dav: *looks at us Altos and Sopranos* HOW DO YOU PEOPLE MANAGE?!?!?!?
Me: I dunno, how do you sing notes so low, it males the windows shakes?!
Dav: ....Touche.
