Pre-Bio Prep

Me: *ranting about yesterday* -and what ticks me off the most is that she got her weekly time analysis and saw "Oh, "Kid with Neuro-plasma" 90 minute evaluation. "Kid with some neurological disorder, and this appointment will prove if it was a sex linked disorder or genetic because her father may have the disorder. Or they both may have some mitochondrial disorder!" Oh, 30 minutes.
Teacher: Mhm.
Me: Now don't get me wrong. If she needs those 90 minutes for that patient who has mucous on the brain, Hello?! It's mucous on the brain!! But she saw that we are gonna be talking about big things and she was like, "There's NO way I can cram 90 minutes worth of things into 30 minutes!"
Teacher: Right. So where's the issue?
Me: My problem is that the hospital didn't give her some kind of foreshadow as to what her month of April will look like a while ago, and rather than her canceling this appointment last week, she canceled it TWO days before this appointment even HAPPENS!!
Teacher: Oh now I see.
Ale: *walks in* Whoa yells.
Me: Sorry, I'm just a little sad and angry.
Ale: Oh man. Don't feel sad. *hugs me*
Me: *fACE GOES FUCKING RED AF* *hugs back*
Ale: ...Not to make this awkward, but did it just get warm in here or is it just me?
Me: ...That's me....
Ale: *parts* Don't you mean "That's just you"- *looks at me* Whoa...
Me: No. I mean "That's me".
