Last chapter was a bit ironic since my friends shipped me and my friend crush together for 4 years, and they still do it to this day.

Since it was known to people that my mom likes Rick Springfield, everyone would sing one of his old songs or call me it whenever we were seen talking to each other. (don't wanna say the song since it has his name in it)

What got real annoying was that our school news would play a song every day before the news. Every year, either on his actual birthday or the Friday of his birthday they would play the song, and on the last day of school before winter break (me=winter break bday), that was the only day that a non-Christmas-y song would play. AND IT WAS THAT SONG!!
