i lay asleep one dark and gloomy night
dreaming of a wondrous star in the sky
filling the depressing night with its light
the most beautiful thing to meet my eye

suddenly it was gone, with no goodbye
as if the star was never to be found
i stayed to see if it once again comes by
with great worry, my heart began to pound

now awake, i find myself on the ground
with pain from my landing and my eyes wide
remembering the star, i looked around
till, i saw a familiar light outside

rushing out i see it waiting for me
there it was, my dream turned reality.
