Captain Kirby was silently crying in his room but Lucy could hear it and she opened his door

Lucy: hey are you ok Captain Kirby

Captain Kirby: *sniff* no

Lucy: why are you crying?

Captain Kirby: because I've realized that my immortality is just a curse I've witnessed so many crew members die in the hands of horrible men and I realize that you and Rick will fall victim to death and I fear of losing you

Lucy approached him and Pat his shoulder

Lucy: I'm sorry that you're thinking like this but you have to remember that I'm here right now just be grateful  that I'm here with you right now and even if I die I'll always be with you

Captain Kirby started to cry more and grabbed onto Lucy's jacket and started bailing his eyes out Lucy hugged him and rubbed his back

Lucy: don't worry Captain Kirby I'm here and I'll never leave you

Later both of them got ice cream like a mother and son
