Sob (No ship)

this is more of a vent fic. it has a bunch of negativity, so please dont read this if you know it'll effect you in a bad way!

Virgil was done. He was absolutely done.

Everyone just asked if someone else was okay. No one bothered to ask if he was okay. Just Patton. Or Logan. Or Roman. Heck, even Deceit or Remus. Because why would they care about him, he was just simply... the bad guy.

Sighing and trying to stop the tears that flowed from his eyes, he got up and turned his music on, blaring MCR through his speakers. Maybe they won't hear him like this.

Once the music was on, he broke.

His body started to shake with his sobs as he fell to the floor, tears falling down his face. This wasn't fair. Why did everyone else get to go on about their day while Virgil was just left here to cry as music played? To hear the voice, to battle against fucking self harm?

That, he thought no one could answer. Maybe except himself.

Because there is always a voice. The little thing in the back of his head that told him the negative things he cane to believe. That no one would love him if they saw him like this. That no one would care, even.

no one deserves to be forgotten.

Would they remember him if he left? Surely a new Anxiety would pop up within the next week or so.

no one deserves to fade away.

He felt it. He was losing feeling in his fingers. When a side is becoming lost and alone, when they aren't doing their job, they Fade Out and are replaced.

no one should come and go and have no one know one know he was ever even here.

There was no one there for him. He speaker died and he continued to, but just as he thought, no one cared to check on him. He would just go away, and they won't realize it.

no one deserves to disappear.

The next thing he knew, someone was there, yelling his name. Virgil was almost completely faded at this point. But he felt himself coming back.

to disappear...

The rest was a blur. The next thing he knew, he was in a room he had never been in before. Two figure waited impatiently in the corner, whispering furiously.

He sat up, causing the other two to bolt up and to him. Before he knew it, he had to people hugging him tightly.

"We thought we lost you there!! You almost went into the portal like Ford!"

"Babes, what were you thinking?!"

What? Dr. Picani and.. Sleep. He was guessing.

"I dunno.." he muttered. The people let go of him and his thoughts were confirmed.

"Y-you almost faded out! Why wasn't anyone there? Why didn'f they realize it??" Emile stressed, tears falling down his face.

Virgil felt guilty. But then, he felt.. happy. Happy to know someone cared.

-

Later on, Virgil learned more about himself. He was with the two "Sideline Sides," as they called themselves, for almost two weeks.

Almost. Before a snake ruined it.

One day, Deceit just - literally - popped in.

"Virgil! There you are! What happened?? Where were you?? Why are you here of all places?!" the side exploded, his worry to lie gone. It was more of a choice for him.

That was all Virgil remembered. He was told later he had passed out, probably from stress combined with a mini panic attack. His body was still extremely weak.

When he woke up, this time, everyone was there. But the Light Sides stayed away. Far away.

He was immediately bombarded with concerns amd questions, being quickly shushed by Emile.

Emile led them all out, even the Light Sides, to tell them what happened, leaving Virgil alone. Again.

disappear.

that was a mean ending-
im sorry-
i just needed to vent, so i just decided to write. i actually feel better?
