I had just got home from work, and I felt good about myself until I caught a glimpse of myself in the mirror and all that confidence went away when my dysphoria hit. I looked at my body in the mirror knowing I will never look how I want myself to look, I wear skirts and more feminine clothing, but I also don't hide my masculine parts either because I don't see myself as female or male. I just want to curl up in my bed and never leave the bed but then I hear a knock at my door, and I was going to change out of my skirt, but I went to the door instead and answered it. " Hi guys, I wasn't expecting you guys to be here " I say as I open the door to see my three best friends standing there Logan, Roman, and Patton. I let them inside and we played video games and then we played typical sleep over games and party games like most high schoolers did. We all did each other's make-up and to everyone's surprise I was the best one at all of it. They didn't know that I wore make-up in my spare time sense no one actually knew that I was non-binary everyone thought I identified as a male. We all hung out for the rest of the day and once they left, I went to my room, and I took of the subtle make-up I wear every day and I change into shorts and a T-shirt then go to bed.
