This fandom in question is Zootopia. BUUUUUUUT the character that I've been thinking up will NOT have any direct connections with any of the main characters (aka Nick and Judy)

Lol, idk if I should or not. After all, I make up characters pertaining in fandoms A LOT, and as a horrible pass time, day dream about them in different situations. (and I mean A LOT)
