Isaac, being a Kryptonian and human hybrid, possesses a unique combination of abilities and characteristics. While Kryptonians gain superhuman powers under the light of a yellow sun, humans do not possess such abilities naturally. However, as a hybrid and one with a massive amount of potential, Isaac possess a blend of both Kryptonian and human traits.

Training to master a new technique while meditating in the sun of Earth was an idea Isaac thought would be a beneficial approach to making the technique he had been working on come true. The solar energy from Earth's yellow sun serves as a power source for the hybrid kryptonian, fueling his superhuman abilities. Meditating under the sun would help Isaac harness and focus this energy, enhancing his physical and mental capabilities.

During his meditation, Isaac would likely seek a deep concentration like state of calmness to connect with the energy of the sun, his solar ki, his take on holy and demonic magic and a few other things. This would involve clearing his mind, regulating his breathing, and visualizing the solar energy flowing through his body. By doing so, he could absorb and channel the energy more effectively.

To master a new technique, Isaac would focus on specific aspects of his abilities, such as strength, speed, or heat vision. Through repetitive practice and visualization, he could refine his control over these powers and develop new techniques or improve existing ones. Meditation in the sun would aid in this process, allowing him to tap into the full potential of his hybrid nature.

'I can feel like I'm almost able to grasp at something, it's calling to me but I need something to push me towards it... but what that something is... I'm not too sure..' He thought to himself before stopping his training for the day, he had in the sun for about a week now and was ready to come back home. Unknown to him, he didn't notice that he had grown tremendously because of his training and the sun boosting the effectiveness of his training.

A second later, Isaac was back on earth and wanted to shower then eat something before you cleared your throat to get his attention. He turned around and looked at you as you came to the location of where he landed once he came back to earth. "Oh hey... sorry about being gone for longer than I told you. I got really deep into my meditation...hahah.." He said with a nervous and awkward laugh.
