Unless you like chores or are such a big Mey-Rin (Black Butler/Kuroshitsuji) fan like me, you probably HATE chores. Unfortunately, we have to do them unless you are really lucky. Most people I know get allowances, but if you are really unlucky like me, you get zip. Nada. Zilch. Zero. What annoys me is that when you want to paint the walls in your room or rearrange your room, its our parents house. But when it comes time to clean, suddenly, it is your house too. Why can't parents make up their minds? I mean, it's one way or another (to quote Blondie).

Why don't parents either just clean the house themselves. Either that, or let us have the ability to hang thing in our rooms, paint out rooms, and rearrange our rooms. I mean, they can't keep changing their minds if we are not allowed to keep changing our minds. We should be treated like adults, not babies. 'Clean your room' is probably the most used (and disliked) phrase in the world.

Teens everywhere probably fear going home, talking to their their parent(s) and hearing 'Go clean your room. It looks like pigsty.' Did you know, pigsties are actually really clean. So the next time someone calls our room a pigsty, don't be offended, take it as a compliment and say 'Thank you.' Just be warned your parents might think out are a tad loony.
