I didnt do anything! But my left thumb fucking hurts! I fucking hate pain! Why does it exist! Goddamn! What the hell!? I. Litterally. Did. Nothing. NOTHING! Its not my flag! I spin that with my right hand! Just abought everything is done with my right hand! Except for the one toss that i cant remember the name of for some fucking reason! But fucking hell! The pain is unbearable! What the hell did i do!?

Ok... ill be honest with ypu guys... this pain has been reoccurring for the past few days... i just stayed quiet cuz i didnt want to let my flag team down. Or stop writing. I can push through the pain! I mean ive fallen apart before today i still preformed decently. But... i think its my nerves... i over heard some cheerleader talking about the same problems. The same symptoms. Except it was their wrist. And the dance team, half of them were wearing knee braces. Ill ask my dad when i get the chance, he's recently messed up his nerves in his forarm... somehow? So i could probably borrow his brace if i absolutly need it. And if you think this is overreacting, it hurts to put my hand on my hips. It kinda hurts to write this. It hurts to hold things. If i was left handed, id be screwed! If i coud explain the pain, i would... but the right words havent come. When they do, i may make another chapter. Idk... im tired... goodnight!
