I wonder, is there anything more calming than rain? Sure, some people hate it, I can understand that, but if you stop your busy world for a while, and listen to it, would you hear it? Would you hear the rythm of the rain? It goes Tip, Top, like clocks do, but then a gust of wind or a passing car comes through and makes a sudden twist in the song.

Most drivers hate the rain because of slippery conditions, students of all ages hate it because they get wet, and some people even hate it just because its there. But, who hates it when you come home, all wet, and then take a nice hot shower or bath, burry yourself under the covers or a pile of blankets, drinking a cup of hot cocoa, or chocolate, or coffee. Plus, if you are a reader, you read your favourite book while the rains patters on your window, creating a serene melody. And even if your not, you could watch a movie, listen to a song, chat with your family, or even be reading this right now.

Oh, the rain is such a wonderful thing. Its useful and harmful. Its loved and hated. It brings the dark and turns on the light. Its yin and yang. Rain is perfect.
