Darry: People Who Get Too Worked Up In Sports
Why: Darry has always had his own philosophy about competitive sports: "Pain over Game". By this, he means, "Unless somebody gets hurt, there's no need to freak out, even if your team lost."

Sodapop: Grumpy People
Why: Sodapop is a total optimist. He always thinks that there's a bright side to everything. He just doesn't understand grumpy people. He always says, "Why aren't you happy? Out of all the times you could have been reincarnated as a snail or something, be thankful that you're a human!"

Ponyboy: Snoring
Why: Darry snores really loudly and always keeps Ponyboy awake at night. Ponyboy will be yelling into Darry's room all night to wake him up so he stops. Sodapop will be dying of laughter in the background, and Ponyboy will have to yell at him too.

Johnny: Being Interrupted
Why: Johnny's parents never listen to him when he's talking, and he's too shy to barely start a conversation as it is, with the gang or his parents. Sometimes he'll start talking about something that's really important to him, only to be interrupted and talked over by Two-Bit, Steve, or another gang member. He's always to shy to continue his story once he's been interrupted, and goes back to staying quiet.

Two-Bit: People With Crazy Superstitions
Why: Two-Bit hates when people get all worked up over superstitions. It's just a black cat, or a broken mirror, or Friday the 13th. What's so special about it? Two-Bit will happily walk under a ladder or open his umbrella indoors, thank you very much.

Dally: When People Tell Him That Smoking Is Bad For Him
Why: Dally knows that smoking is bad for him. That's the main reason why he does it. He wants to show everyone that he's a risk taker. (He also has a serious addiction and can't stop, but that doesn't make him sound as tough, so he leaves it out when bragging to girls.)

Steve: Fake Flowers
Why: One of Steve's first memories is being at his Aunt's wedding. He remembers looking at the beautiful flower arrangements and going to touch them, only to watch the plastic fall apart in his hands. He's held a grudge on fake flowers ever since.

Question of the Chapter: What's your biggest pet peeve?
Mine is that "You have ebol-la-la-la-la" song. Does anyone know what ebola actually does to you? It causes your blood to loose it's ability to clot, so you bleed out of your eyes, nose, and other bodily openings. It also messes with the immune cells that tell your body "Ahhhhhh, we're infected!" So your body doesn't star fighting off the infection until it's too late. Then the patient dies from dangerously low blood pressure, shock, and multiple organ failure. And people are singing a song about this??? Would YOU like to suffer through this?
Sorry for the long rant, I just feel very strongly about this. :3
