A/N: based on stuff I do with my friends vaguely but here are some random newsies headcannons floating around my head

ralbert breaking into abandoned buildings to find hiding spots to be cute and stuff

the newsies squad going to the local park and Jack getting stuck in the baby swing, the others take photos of him (obviously) and then turn the swing upside down to tip him out (this happened today, it was hilarious)

people think david is the mom friend and is the one to order and talk to people in shops etc but he actually has insane social anxiety and its jack and spot who are the mom friends and do all this

david info dumping the plot of his favourite book onto katherine who listens patiently and asks questions like a good friend. she also does the same about her own interests

jack and spot play fighting constantly but if anyone else hurt either of them it'd be on sight

you know those like basket swings you get? newsbians laying in that together and swinging back and forth peacefully

meanwhile in the background Jack and race are going down the zipline at breakneck speed. at one point they sit on it together and both fall off when it hits the end. Sarah and kath just laugh at them
