My family and I just arrived at Gravity Falls, our new home.

I stare blankly around me, wishing that I could see the beautiful colors of the world.

I can't because I haven't looked my soulmate in the eyes yet.

Mom says it'll happen eventually, and so does Dad.

My older sibling, SN, has already found their soulmate. His name is Niall. He came with us on this trip, and his family will be coming soon as well. They had a few things to take care of back home.

(So either your sibling is a male dating a male, or a female dating a male. You choose, even if you don't have any older siblings.)

Niall and SN hold hands as we walk up to our new house. Niall and his family will be living somewhere nearby, so whenever they arrive, Niall will go live with them.

We pick our rooms and unpack our stuff as best as we can until the moving truck comes. Once it does, the men inside the truck help all of us with the furniture.

And soon enough, the house is done.

Well, for the most part.

We still need a few new pieces of furniture since we sold some of our last pieces, such as the couch.

Mom tells us kids to go and explore the area around Gravity Falls, so we do.

SN and Niall go off on their own after I insist, letting them have some time alone together. They thank me before leaving.

I'm not too worried, as I usually carry around my trusty pocket knife in case of danger. SN has one too, plus we have our phones in case of an emergency.

So here I stand, wondering which way I should go.

I shrug and walk aimlessly, possibly getting lost in the process, but who really even cares? My parents could come pick me up if I cannot find my way home.

I stop in my tracks and just look around, admiring my new home. The stores, the streets, the people. Okay, this place is definitely weird, but I like it when things are a bit strange.

Somebody bumps into me and I stumble. They do too and twist around, apologizing frantically. Her voice is higher pitched, and she sounds around my age.

My eyes dart over to her and I scan her features swiftly. She has long hair, braces, a sweater top with seemingly a rainbow and shooting star, a skirt, and socks with flats.

Oh, you can bet that I'm going to be great friends with her! She seems just like the person I'd love to hang out with.

I give her a small smile, "No, it's okay. Really, I'm fine. It was an accident."

She stops for a moment then squeals, "Aww! You're so cute!"

My face heats up from her compliment, but I only feel flattered. I've never been complimented by somebody other than close friends or family members.

"Thanks, uh..?" I trail off, not knowing her name.

"Oh! My name is Mabel Pines! It's amazing to meet you!" Mabel cheers, jabbing her hand out at me for a shake.

I grab her hand, "I'm YN LN. It's a pleasure to meet you as well, Mabel."

"Ooh! That rhymed!"

We laugh at that comment, then once we calm down, she starts talking again.

"Hey, do you want to meet my dork of a brother? I just know he'll love you! By the way, are you new to Gravity Falls? I've never seen you around before!"

I chuckle and walk with her, supposedly to her house, answering, "Yes and yes."

"Cool! A new friend!" Mabel exclaims, punching the air in enthusiasm.

We continue talking as we reach this old looking building called the Mystery Shack. However, the 'S' in shack had fallen, so now the sign says Mystery hack.

Mabel brings me inside and calls out loudly, "DIPPER! I HAVE SOMEONE I'D LIKE YOU TO MEET!"

A boy our age comes stumbling down the stairs and when he looks up, he stops dead in his tracks when his gaze lands on me. I stare at the floor, just awkwardly waiting for him to come over as Mabel chats to me about her pig.

I smile and laugh at a story she tells me, and I can feel her brother's stare on me. I ignore it and just talk with Mabel until he finally comes over.

"Finally! There you are! What took you so long, you dork!" Mabel proclaims, taking his hat and messing up his hair in a playful manner.

"Hey! Mabel!" He exclaims, taking his hat back and fixing his hair before putting it back on.

He's actually...really cute.

He has shorter hair than Mabel's, a hat with a pine tree on it, a short sleeved shirt with a vest over top of it, shorts, socks with stripes at the top of them and tennis shoes.

"Anyway! Dipper, this is YN! He's/She's new to Gravity Falls!" Mabel introduces, and Dipper looks at me again.

His face darkens a little on his cheeks, so I'm guessing he's blushing. Dipper gives me a nervous smile and holds his hand out.

"Hey, n-n-nice to meet y-you, YN," he says kindly, and I finally meet his eyes after taking his hand.

Color floods into view and I blink in surprise, eyes wide. Dipper does the same, and we stare at each other in utter shock and delight.

He's even more attractive with color!

Brown hair, blue and white hat, navy vest, red shirt, gray shorts, white socks with a red stripe on both tops of them, and black converse.

Mabel is similar, with brown hair, blue braces, a pink sweater with a colored rainbow and shooting star, purple skirt, white socks and black flats.

Mabel looks between both of us in confusion, then realization strikes her. "You guys see colors?!"

We nod slowly, still staring at one another.

"You both are soulmates!!" Mabel cheers as loud as she can, hugging us.

A smile slowly reaches my features as I laugh in happiness. This seems to bring Dipper into reality as he does the same.

We all hug one another tightly.

Once we break apart, I study my own clothing. SN usually helps me with colors for my clothing, since he/she could see the colors while I couldn't. Now I can see them for myself.

I'm wearing something that suits me extremely well.

Thanks, SN! At least I don't look like a fool to anybody that can see color, especially my soulmate!

Mabel tells Dipper and I to come closer together for a picture, so we do. Dipper wraps his arm around my waist casually (yet hesitantly), and I wrap mine across his back. Despite us being really nervous, this seems normal.

I'm around Dipper's height, so it's not that bad either.

"Say cheese!" Mabel calls, so Dipper and I smile at the camera as she takes the picture.

"Memories! This is going in the scrapbook!" She exclaims, and I chuckle with Dipper.

"At least give us a copy, Mabel," I teasingly say as Dipper slides his hand into my own after we let each other go.

I blush at this action, and he does too.

In response to that, I tug him closer again by his hand. He does so with no hesitation.

"Sure thing! And ahhh!! You're both so adorable!! I wish I met my soulmate!" She sighs lightly, but still smiles at us.

An idea pops into my mind, "Well, how about we FaceTime some of my friends from back home? We can see if any of them could be your soulmate."

Mabel gets excited, "Really?! You'd do that for me?!"

I nod, "Yeah, I don't see why not. Besides, I think one of them could be your soulmate."

She jumps up and down while cheering, going upstairs to make herself look presentable after thanking me millions of times.

Dipper turns to me with a smile, "Thanks for doing this for my sister, YN."

I smile back, "It's really no problem. I'm always happy to help."

He stares into my eyes in fascination, "I'm so glad you're my soulmate."

I laugh a bit in pleasure and feel flustered, "Thank you, and same vise versa."

He hugs me and I hug back. We stay like that until Mabel comes back down.

Dipper and I pull apart as I reach into my pocket to get my phone. I look up at Mabel and ask, "Are you ready, Mabel?"

She nods in enthusiasm and comes over to us. Dipper on one of my sides with Mabel on the other.

I FaceTime my friends and they answer.

"YN!" They yell in happiness.

"Heh, hey guys! I have some people I'd like for you to meet. This is Dipper, my soulmate, and Mabel, Dipper's sister!" I introduce, pointing the camera at them, lingering on Mabel.

I see Oliver's eyes widen as he blinks in shock, like how Dipper and I did. I see Mabel doing the same. Dipper gives me a smile in excitement, and I do the same back.

We watch Mabel and Oliver, waiting.

My other friends watch them as well, and we all yell in happiness when Oliver says, "Mabel is my soulmate!"

I hand my phone to Mabel and Dipper hugs me again, this time spinning me around. We laugh and he sets me down. We hurry back over to Mabel and my friends in the FaceTime.

"I'll give you Oliver's phone number, Mabel," I tell her.

She meets my eyes and tackles me in a hug. Dipper takes my phone so it won't break and records us.

They laugh with us, Mabel crying tears of joy. "Thank you so much for doing this, YN!!"

"You're welcome!" I laugh as we stand.

We all talk and exchange numbers before hanging up the FaceTime. Before leaving the call, Oliver said, "Looks like I'm coming to Gravity Falls!"

Mabel freaked out again after hearing that.

It was pretty funny.

Dipper, Mabel, and I hang out for a while longer before I have to head home. I had gotten a text from SN saying so.

SN's already home with Niall, so it makes sense.

I shut my phone off and hug Mabel and Dipper goodbye, "Thanks for having me over, guys. I'll see you soon."

They smile and wave me off, but Dipper pulls me off to the side quickly.

"Yeah?" I ask, grinning at him.

"I'll text you later, okay?" He promises, kissing my cheek before sending me off.

I nod at him while blushing, then leave.

I finally found my soulmate.
