Canadian Goddess (Frost x Male Reader) R6S

A/n: In all honesty, I think Frost is heavily underrated waifu. Her appearance is so ironic to her codename. That's how hot I think she is. If you agree with my rant, there's a pretty sad story I wrote with Frost x Male Reader in my one shots book.

Tina and her 9mm C1 suppressed.👌😍

Here's a Frost x Male Reader Short. You'll find more of this on my One-Shot book.

Warning: May bring the manliest mans of mans and womans womans to tears. I cri.

This means flashback: flashback

(Y/n) POV:

Everything was just a haze. The sky, the trees, even my body looked like a haze. I felt my energy leaving my body each passing second. A large red circle was forming on my abdomen. My hand was pressed against it. A warm feeling was on my finger tips. Blood.

I remembered. I was on a mission with Team Rainbow. Our objective was to take down the White Masks. However, we didn't know that there were hostages. Things got really tricky and haywire really fast. Suddenly, I heard more gunfire in the distance. It still wasn't done yet. Our battle. Our war. When will it ever end?

Always killing and dying. I hope that it will stop. After all, it was the original reason to why I joined. Why I fought so hard. To end all of the killing. However, my reasons changed when I joined Team Rainbow. Now I fight to keep people who I care for, out of harms way. The people I care for, I had no one. Then I met her. Tina Lin Tsang : Frost.

The moment I laid my eyes on her, I was caught. Not even hooked. Frost had already caught my heart for her own. Although she never returned the feeling, I continued to do so.

"Hi! I'm (Y/n) (L/n)! Nice to meet you." I greeted her happily. Frost merely stared at me coldly, as her name suggests. Then she walked away without a response. I lowered my hand and smiled weakly.

"I guess I'll see you later! Have a good day!" I called out to her. Frost slowed her pace for a bit, but resumed it soon after.

Our first time meeting was rough. You didn't even greet me. However, I didn't mind a challenge.

I knocked on the door. It opened to reveal Frost in a tank top, but she still had her mask on. She gave me a annoyed glare.

"Hi! Umm...I didn't quite catch your name. I'm (Y/n) in case you didn't hear. Not that I think you're deaf!" I flustered through those words. Frost still had the same reaction. I smiled nervously and held out my gift. It was a platter of homemade pancakes with home brewed Canadian syrup. Frost looked down at the plate before shaking her head. A sad feeling washed through me, but I kept my smile.

"Okay then. I just wanted to apologize for something I might have done." I told her. She eyes lit up in surprise, and I began to walk away.

"I'll leave these in the cafeteria incase you might want them." I said over my shoulder and left.

The next morning I went to check, they were being eaten by you. I saw the tears of joy when you ate the gift I made. You never knew, but that was the day I smiled the most. Little did I know, you would top that very day each day I spend with you.

"Hey Tina!" I called out to her. The two of us were training outside. She was jogging ahead, so I sped up next to her. Her black hair bounced around, as she ran. When I arrived next to her, she sped up more. I rolled my eyes and sped up more. The process kept repeating, until we were in a full on sprint. After a few hours, the two of us were resting against a bench in exhaustion.

"Man...what...a...workout...." I said in between gasps of air. Frost remained silent and just breathed heavily. She went to drink some water, but the container was empty. I grabbed mine and handed it to her.

"Here. I have my other one." I lied. She looked at me hesitantly. However, she took it because I knew she was dehydrated.

Frost:"Thank you." She spoke to me for the first time. My face lit up with happiness. I could feel a smile forming on my face. Tina stopped drinking and looked at me.

Frost:"What?" She asked me. I let out a relieved sigh before responding.

"You actually talked to me." I said happily. Tina's eyes widened in realization. Then she reached out for me.

Frost:"Look. I'm sorry about-" I cut her off by extending my hand.

"No need to apologize. I'm (Y/n)." I greeted her. She looked at me surprised. Eventually, she took my hand and shook it.

Frost:"Tina." She replied. I smiled and pulled my hand away.

"Lovely name, Tina." I told her. She looked away and whispered.

Frost:"Thank you." She replied quietly. I smiled kindly at her, and saw that she had a small one too.

I believe that was our true "first time we met" moment. It was also the first time I've seen you smile. Boy did it make me feel so happy when I saw you that way.

Frost:"(Y/n)!" She called out to me in panic. I immediately ran over to her. She was sitting on top of chairs stacked on tables in fear. I looked around for the source of her fear, but couldn't find anything.

"What is it?" I asked her. Frost pointed fearfully at the ground. There were cockroaches all over the pancakes I made for her. After killing it with bug spray, I helped Tina down. She looked at me in embarrassment.

Frost:"S-Sorry. I just have this phobia for roaches." She admitted sadly. I smiled at her and patted her arm.

"It's no worries. You wouldn't believe what I'm afraid of." I told her. She looked at me curiously. I grinned.

"Hamsters." I told her. Frost looked at me in shock before bursting into laughter. I gained a deadpan expression, and Frost continued to laugh.

Frost:"Hamsters?!" She asked and continued to laugh. I rolled my eyes and waited for her to settle down. Eventually, she only giggled slightly, and I explained my case.

"When I was little, one of those rascals snuck out at night. Those things move quicker than Emma's drone. Imagine that at night!" I tried to explain, but only received a smirk in response.

Frost:"So terrifying. Mama grizzlies cower at the sight of me." She bragged. I then scoffed.

"I could bring something up about a tiny bug..." I muttered. Frost glared and pointed her finger at me.

Frost:"Those things are the scum of Earth. Infesting everything. I had to always deal with them as a child." She stated with the last part in a sad tone. I looked at her guiltily.

"Sorry." I told her. She shook her head.

Frost:"It's okay. It was a long time ago." She assured me. However, I knew she was bothered by it. Then I came up with an idea.

"Hey. I know what will cheer you up. Some of my pancakes." I told her. She sniffled and looked at me.

Frost:"You don't have to." She said to me gloomily. I shook my head.

"But I want to. Come on. I know you'll love my blueberry special. I've even got some Chinese tea for us." I said to her with a grin. She smiled at me gratefully.

Frost:"Thank you, (Y/n)." She replied in a happier tone. My smile grew even wider.

That day, my love for you grew as well. We probably bonded so much through my pancakes. It was your favorite. Blueberry special, with Canadian syrup, and to down it all with hot Chinese tea. Whenever you were down, I would make that for you, and it would cheer you up. All it took for me to be happy was to see you smile. That's why I always cooked for you despite your protests.

I didn't see Frost the entire day, so I went to ask Buck. He was also looking grim and munched on my muffins.

"Hey, Sebastien." I greeted him. He noticed me and waved.

Buck:"Hey, (Y/n)." He greeted back in a cheery tone, but I caught some of the worry. I stood next to him.

"What's wrong?" I asked. He let out a sigh before giving me a serious look.

Buck:"Tina..." He trailed off. I immediately got worried. I stood in front of his face.

"What happened?! Is she okay?!" I asked in fear. Buck nodded.

Buck:"Whoah. She's fine...physically." He finished. I sighed a little in relief, but the other part may be worse.

"What happened?" I demanded. Buck looked at me in the eyes.

Buck:"Tina. She found out who here parents are." He told me seriously. I grew confused.

"Isn't that a good thing?" I asked him. He shook his head.

Buck:"They abandoned her when she was a baby. How she found them, was not a pretty sight." He said a bit angrily.

Buck told me everything. Your adoptive parents passed away. As a soldier, you had benefits that would take care of elderly. It originally went to your adoptive parents, but was now available to another relative. That's when your biological parents went to see you. They gave you up for a son. He grew up to become a convicted felon, and now they wanted Frost to care for them. It broke my heart that you had to find out who brought you into this world that way.

"Tina?" I called out to her and knocked on her door. No response came. I sighed and spoke again.

"It's been days since you left your room. Everyone is worrying. I'm worrying. Please open the door. I'll leave you alone if you do it." I said loud enough, so she could hear. Suddenly, the door opened to reveal Frost with red eyes. She had visibly been crying, and the lack of food has been taking a toll on her.

Frost:"There. You happy?" She said in annoyance. I gave her a smile.

"Of course I'm happy. I got to see you today." I told her. She grumbled and went to close the door, but I caught it.

Frost:"I though you said you'd leave." She stated with an annoyed tone. I shrugged.

"Not after I have you eat. Look. I made your favorite." I told her and showed Frost the tray of food. She looked at me sadly and shook her head.

Frost:"I'm not hungry." She told me in a tired tone. My eyebrow raised in skepticism.

"Right, and Jager's ACOG is not a meme. You need to eat." I told her and pushed my way through. Frost tried to resist, but I knew she was weakened from the lack of food. I entered her room, and saw that it was very messy. Usually Frost would be clean, but I understood her situation. Luckily, her bed was clear, so I went over, and set the tray on the coffee table beside her bed.

Frost:"Why did you make so much?" She asked me with an upset tone. I poured two cups of tea and handed one to her.

"Well. Considering you have not eaten in three days, I figured you'd be starving." I replied the obvious. She crossed her arms and walked over to her bed.

Frost:"I did eat." She retorted. I grabbed a bag of beef jerky that was made of chicken and turkey.

"This does not qualify as food. This does." I stated and gestured to the tray. She sat on her bed, still refusing to eat.

Frost:"Well I'm still not hungry." She muttered. I shrugged and cut a slice of pancakes.

"More for me then." I said uncaringly. Then I slowly moved the food to my mouth. I bite and chewed in an exaggerating manner. Frost stared at me with hunger and yearning. I moaned in satisfaction.

"This is good stuff. Too bad you're missing out on this Tina. I got the fresh import of syrup." I stated with my mouth full. A bead of sweat fell down Frost's face. Suddenly, she lunged and grabbed the pancakes.

Frost:"Give me that!" She yelled and began munching greedily. I smirked in victory, but worried about her sudden binge.

"Whoah there. Slow down. You haven't eaten in days." I reminded her, but she didn't listen. Suddenly, Frost began to choke and vomit the food. I grabbed a bucket for her, and she vomited. My hand moved her hair out of the way and gently rubbed her back.

Frost:"Thanks...blech!" She thanked and vomited. I shushed her and kept rubbing her back.

"No problem." I told her. She finally stopped vomiting, and I helped her to the bathroom. Frost cleaned up, and the two of us returned to her bed. She looked down in misery. Tears began to fall from her cheeks.

Frost:"Why? Why did they do that to me?" She asked sadly. I looked at her the same way.

"I ask the same question too." I admitted to her. Frost looked up at me with tears in her eyes.

Frost:"What?" She asked in confusion. I gazed at her with heartache.

"My biological parents left me too. However, they did it when I was a toddler. Told me that I was a waste of their money and time. Never seen them, since they were locked up. Wanted me to bail them out when I was 17." I explained to Frost. Her eyes widened in shock.

Frost:"I didn't know..."She quietly replied. I shrugged.

"Well now you do. I just wanted you to know that I understand your pain. Just remember that I'm always here for you. You're never alone." I stated firmly. Frost had her mouth agape. I gave her a gentle gaze. One that shows that I meant every word, and will always take care of her. Then she unexpectedly embraced me tightly. I wrapped my arms around her, and felt her tears on my chest.

Frost:"Thank you..." Her voice muffled through her crying. I hugged her tightly.

"No need to thank me." I whispered to her gently and with care.

You forgot, but you cried yourself to sleep that night. I tucked you in, but you would never let go of my arm. So I stayed by your side all night. You would get nightmares, but they would go away when I held your hand. We never let go that night. Afterwards, I believed we got closer than ever. Almost everything we did, it was together. Funny. We even sort of celebrated our birthdays together.

Everyone:"Happy birthday, Tina!" We all screamed. Twitch and Thatcher shot out the confetti. Both using either complex or old fashioned ways to do it. Echo and Dokkaebi began blaring dance music. The Russians were already drunk. All in all everyone was wild or having a good time. Frost stood dumbfounded at the doorway.

Frost:"H-How did you all know?" She asked in disbelief. Everyone smiled and looked at me.

Buck:"(Y/n) here. Planned this all out." He stated. Frost looked at me in shock. I chuckled in embarrassment.

"D-Do you like it?" I asked her. There were Chinese dishes, Canadian dishes, and her favorite. Blueberry special. I also had decorations and music to her liking set. She looked at me with a grin.

Frost:"Of course I love it!" She exclaimed. I smiled in relief, and she ran over to me. Frost gave me a loving hug that made my face heat up. The other operators saw and smirked.

IQ:"Tina~. I think you're making someone blush." She said with a giggle. My eyes widened in fear, and Frost let go. I saw her face turn red too.

Frost:"S-Sorry." She apologized. I shook my head frantically.

"I-It's not a problem." I stuttered. We all had fun, laughed, danced, drank. Frost beat Rook in the eating competition. No one could outmatch you in eating the pancakes. Then it was time for presents. Frost opened everyone else's first. Gifts ranged from weapons to perfume. She thanked everyone, and it was my turn.

Buck:"I believe you're forgetting one person, Tina." He stated. Frost looked confused, until her eyes landed on me.

Frost:"Don't tell me you got me a gift will all of this?!" She asked shocked. I smiled and walked over to her. My hand held out a rectangular box, as I sat down beside her.

"You bet I did." I told her with a grin. She looked at me guiltily.

Frost:"I can't take this. You did too much already." She refused. I made a pouty face.

"Please? I waited so long to make this. Plus it's non-refundable." I told her. Frost reluctantly took the gift and thanked me. I smiled, as she opened it.

Frost:"I hope it's not too expensive." She told me. I shrugged, but couldn't contain my grin. Tachanka winked at me and gave a thumbs up. I returned the gesture. We had this custom made for her. Frost tore off the last wrapping to reveal a rectangular black box. She looked at me in shock.

"Open it." I told her. She looked back at the container and opened it. A gasp escaped her mouth, and she covered her mouth in awe. Her hand picked up the item, and held it in the air. It was a pandora necklace with charms. One was a chibi Frost, another was a chibi me, the third was a stack of pancakes, the last was the most special. It was a silver tag with Chinese lettering on it.

Frost:"我的小枫叶花." She whispered. Lesion and Ying looked at us in surprise, while everyone looked confused to the meaning. Thermite pulled out his phone and translated it.

Thermite:"Siri. Translate that Chinese word there." He ordered in his Texas accent. The phone dinged and then replied.

Siri:"My little maple flower." She answered. Frost and I looked at each other with a blush.

"D-Do you like it?" I asked shyly. She nodded and went to put it on. I helped her, and she thanked me.

Frost:"I love it." She replied. I smiled happily. Then Frost scoffed a bit.

Frost:"How am I going to top your birthday?" She asked jokingly. I smiled.

"Well. It already passed so-" I was interrupted by Frost snapping her head towards me.

Frost:"What?! When?!" She asked in surprise. I chuckled nervously.

"Uhh. Yesterday." I answered with a nervous chuckle. She looked at me guiltily.

Frost:"I didn't know..." She stated sadly. I patted her shoulder.

"I'm fine. Don't be sad." I told her. Then Frost looked up at me.

Frost:"Is there something I could give you. To make up for it?" She asked desperately. I shook my head and smiled.

"You don't owe me anything. If any at all, smile on your birthday." I told her. Some of the lady operators 'awwed' at my response. Frost smiled at me and blushed. Then her eyes lit up from a possible idea.

Frost:"There's something I can give you, but you have to accept first." She told me. I gave her a confused look, but shrugged in acceptance.

"Sure. I trust this won't be painful." I told her. She shook her head and looked at me shyly.

Frost:"No." She mumbled quietly. I nodded and waited for her gift. She began to lean forward. I grew confused because I thought she was going to get her gift. Suddenly, I felt her lips kiss my cheek.

That was the best gift of my life. You and I were a blushing mess. Even though everyone made fun of us, I treasured that moment forever. What you did, only made me fall for you harder. I wanted to tell you my feelings, but I was scared. Scared of losing what we had. Our amazing friendship.

Frost:"Stop it!" She cried out in joy. A squeal escaped her mouth, as I chased her around with my flour covered hands. I was teaching her how I made her favorite pancakes. Even though she still wanted me to make them for her, I figured I would still teach her.

"Hey! You put the whip cream on my hair! Hair!" I screamed at her and chased her. She giggled and ran around the counter. We continued to chase each other, but neither of us could catch each other. Finally, Frost made the wrong move by trying to grab the can of whip cream. I caught up to her and grabbed her.

Frost:"Noo! Let me go!" She screamed playfully. I laughed and shook my head.

"Nuh uh! Not until I get my revenge!" I playfully stated. She wiggled within my grasp, and made me stumble. I tried on a rolling pin, and the two of us fell to the ground. I hit the ground, and Frost landed on top of me.

"Oww..." I groaned in pain. Frost experienced the same too. I then opened my eyes to see that we were centimeters apart. Her eyes widened in realization too. We were close enough to feel our breathes, and had a close up view to our eyes. I stared into her beautiful grey eyes. My face began heating up, while my heart beat rapidly. Frost's eyes closed, as our lips were about to meet. Suddenly, a loud voice disturbed us.

Recruit:"What the hell?! I just cleaned this! Who's there?!" He demanded annoyingly. Frost and I separated, and scrambled up. The recruit saw us and saluted.

Recruit:"Sorry mam and sir! I didn't mean to interrupt." He stated nervously. Frost and I shared glances. We were more red than Ash's hair. The two of us forgave the recruit and continued cooking.

Even though we didn't kiss. I knew that you and I shared the same feelings. I loved you, but couldn't say it. Now I've learned to regret it. Because right now, I've been bleeding out. However, the only regret I had was not telling you how I felt, but only showed it. Maybe actions spoke louder.

Suddenly, I heard a faint voice call out to me. My eyes reopened a bit. I hadn't realized that I had my eyes closed. It felt comforting. The voice called out to me again.

Frost:"(Y/n)!" She screamed my name.

'Tina?' I thought to myself. Suddenly, I saw Frost kneel beside me. Panic and fear were in her eyes. She saw my wound and helped press down on it. However, I felt nothing. No pain, no warmth, just cold.

Frost:"Stay with me, (Y/n)!" She cried out in fright. I smiled softly at her.

"Tina..."I called out weakly. She looked at me with tears in her eyes.

Frost:"Good, (Y/n). Keep talking." She ordered me. I softly chuckled.

"Listen to me...there's something I need to tell you." I notified her grimly. She looked at me and shook her head.

Frost:"Don't use that tone. You can tell me later when you're all patched up. Medic!!!" She screamed out for help. I reached up and grabbed her hand. Frost gazed at me in dread. I held her hand gently.

"I have to tell you something. Please listen..." I begged her. Tears dropped from the rim of her eyes.

Frost:"I'm listening." She croaked, while holding in her sobs. I smiled at her gently.

"Remember our moments together?" I asked her. Frost nodded at me. I smiled at the thought.

"You were so obsessed with my pancakes." I joked. Frost smiled weakly at me, but continued to cry.

Frost:"They were the best." She told me. Happiness filled inside of me. Then I sighed before telling her what I needed to tell her.

"This is important, so I need you to be honest with me." I begged her. Frost looked at me with fear and nodded.

Frost:"Always." She quietly responded. I stared into her eyes.

"I've felt this way, since we met the first time. This feeling has only grown stronger each moment I spent with you. It took me a while to realize, but I know the truth." I explained to Frost. She waited in anticipation.

"I love you, Tina. 我的小枫叶花. And I hope you feel the same, but if you don't. I will still always love you." I admitted to her. Her eyes widened, and more tears formed on her face. Then her expression softened.

Frost:"Don't worry, (Y/n). I love you, too." She replied. This was the happiest moment of my life. I smiled at her weakly, but then coughed out blood. She cried out in terror, and begged for medical assistance. However, I felt like it was my time. Fate can be cruel like that.

"Tina...it's no use..."I told her weakly. She shook her head and cried.

Frost:"Don't say that! Don't you ever give up!" She begged me. I tugged on her arm, and Frost looked back at me. I was now crying.

"Please. Don't let our last moment be a sad one." I told her. Frost looked at me with denial.

Frost:"No! Our last moment will come when we're all old and wrinkly. Not now!" She protested. I let out tears and weakly begged her.

"Tina...Tina...just stop..."I said with my voice becoming weaker. She obeyed and stared at me. I reached up and wiped away her tears. She held my hand against her cheek before it fell.

Frost:"(Y/n)...I can't lose you." She whimpered. Tears flowed down the side of my face, but I shook my head.

"Promise me something, Tina." I told her. She waited for me silently.

"Find someone that cares for you." I told her. She shook her head.

Frost:"I found one. It's you." She replied with a shaky tone. I smiled thankfully.

"When I'm gone." I added. She was about to protest, but I stopped her by squeezing her hand.

"Come here..." I whispered. She leaned down over me. I kissed her passionately on the lips. Frost returned the gesture. We parted lips, and I whispered.

"I love you." I told her with all my heart.

Frost:"I love you, too." She told me. I smiled one last time before closing my eyes. Now I have no regrets.

(Frost POV):

I saw (Y/n)'s eyes close, and his hand go limp. I sniffled and called out to him.

"(Y/n)?" I asked in a shaky voice. He didn't reply. There was a peaceful smile on his face that I've come to love. My tears let loose, and I stared silently at his unmoving body. Suddenly, a pair of footsteps ran up behind me.

Buck:"Where's (Y/n)-Oh no..." He trailed off. My lip began to quiver. Buck kneeled down beside me. Tears flowed down his eyes.

"(Y/n)...h-he's..." I tried to speak. However, I slumped over his body and began sobbing. The man I loved lied in front of me. Cold, still, and gone from this world. Buck hugged me, and I continued to let out my pain. Fate decided to take away the only one who truly cared so much about me. However, even with all the pain, grief, and utter despair, I remembered what (Y/n) said that shed a little light on the situation.

"What do you think will happen to us after we're dead?" I asked (Y/n) curiously. We were lying next to each other under the starry night. (Y/n) tapped his chin in thought before replying.

(Y/n):"I don't know, but I'm sure Fate will be kind enough to do this." He told me. I looked at him in curiosity.

"What's that?" I asked him. He smiled at me.

(Y/n):"I believe after we die, in our next life, the two of us will be eating my pancakes." He said cheerfully. We both laughed and then hugged each other. Even though it was funny, I secretly hoped that we would.

'Wherever you are (Y/n), please keep an extra plate for you and me.'

(Y/n):"Don't worry, 我的小枫叶花, I will always have one for you..."

A/n: Sniff* Goddammit! I'm crying again.

Hope you all enjoyed it despite the story being sad. There will be more of this in my one-shot book.
