Barry ran through town trying to get to S.T.A.R Labs.

Today was a slow day, not that many crimes and emergencies.

He ran through the park, taking his detour route.

In a blur, he saw a girl. She was in the park walking her dog. She had nice h/c hair and bright e/c eyes.

Barry's eyes were glued to the girl, staring at her that he didn't notice he slammed into the fountain, head buying the statue.

The surrounding people look at him in horror.

Crap, now everyone thinks I'm a idiot

While rubbing his head, his eyes drifted back towards the girl he was staring at earlier.

She was looking at him but then looked back at her dog.

Great job Barry, Perfect job

He go up and ran around a nearby building to dry himself and was just about to leave but got attacked by a dog.

This dog looks familiar...

"Sorry! Ash! Get back here!" Said a female voice.

The girl he was staring at earlier came up to him and pulled her dog off of him.

"Sorry!" She apologized.

"I-it's alright." Barry said, getting up. "Believe it or not, I've faced worse." He chuckled.

"I'm not sure that's a good thing."

"Y-yeah, I guess it's not." Barry said, nervously.

"Well, I better get going now." Y/N said, waving good bye.

Barry ran into the lab, greeting the team.

"Hey Barry." Dr. Wells said, waving him over.

"Yes Doctor?"

"We got a new member, an old friend of mine." He said

The girl he bumped into earlier stepped into view.

"Y/N L/N, finished her 2 degrees by the time she was 20, funds many researches and owns a company."

Y/N's eyes met Barry's.

"Hey, it's you from earlier." She said.

"Yeah, nice to see you again." Barry said, grinning like a idiot.

Caitlyn cleared her throat, "So you guys know each other?"

"Well, it's a long story." Barry said.

"My dog jumped him." Y/N explained.

Cisco raised his eye brows.

"Not that way." Y/N quickly interrupted.

"Anyway," Dr. Wells cleared his throat, "Y/N will be helping you..." He looked at Y/N.

She nodded and said, "and for personal reasons also... You see, while studying on bio electricity and how it manipulated genes, I got into a accident."

"Did you get powers also?" Cisco interrupted.

"Well, yeah."

Cisco pumped his fist in the air, "Cool!" But then glanced at Caitlyn's glare and smiled nervously, "Uh... Not cool?"

"I have the power to manipulate living objects. Illusions, basically." Y/N explained.

"But it could be more." Dr. Wells said, he pulled up a hologram that had a mini human creating illusions. "If we can find a way, Y/N could also manipulate senses."

Caitlyn looked concerned, "Like the five human senses?"

"Yes."

"Ok," Y/N cut off, "Let's help me control first."

"First, lest run some test." Caitlyn said, patting the chair next to the computer and machines.

Barry ran by the robbers who where running away and kicked the driver out, slamming his foot down on the breaks, the car bumped into the side of the road like a bowling ball.

Y/N made the robbers sit in the back of the van and kicked one guy out.

As the car hit a sharp curve, Y/N flew back and hit the wall.

"Nice Driving Barry!" She shouted, trying to regain balance.

"Sorry!" Barry called out.

The robbers tried to grab Y/N, but she told them to fuck off and they did.

"Stay seated passengers and ties your ropes around you." Y/N joked, manipulating the robbers with her powers.

Sirens were heard in the distance.

"That's our cue, Bar." Y/N yelled.

"Stay." She told the robbers and hopped on to Barry's back.

Barry ran to S.T.A.R Labs and plopped down on a chair.

Y/N slipped off his back and grinned at Caitlyn and Cisco.

"Well, gang, that's all for me." She said, and grabbed her day clothes and left.

Barry watched as she leave.

"When are you going to tell her?" Cisco asked.

"W-What?"

"We see how you look at Y/N." Caitlyn said, bluntly.

"I d-don't know what you're talking about." Barry stuttered.

"Yeah." Cisco said, giving Barry and 'Really' look.

"Look, even if I told her, she only sees me as a friend." Barry explained.

"Well she's single, and she's ready to mingle." Cisco said, "Just ask her! She might say yes."

"Might." Barry pointed out. "And I'm not risking that 50% chance."

"Actually, it's 55%." Caitlyn corrected.

Barry rolled his eyes, "The point is, She doesn't like me that way." Barry grabbed his day clothes. "Conversation, Over."

Y/N frowned as she walked in to the lab.

"Hey Y/N, Wha-who peed on your cereal?" Cisco asked.

"I have a party I have to attend and I have to bring a plus one."

Caitlyn and Cisco glanced at each other, mischievously.

"Well..." Cisco started.

"You could ask Barry." Caitlyn offered.

"What?" Y/N said, surprised that this was a idea, "He's not really a party person, you know, more like a home-alone person. And besides, he won't go-"

"Why don't you ask him?" Cisco cut off.

"Ok," Y/N smirked, "but if he says no, you guys owe me 20 bucks."

Cisco grinned, "Deal."

Y/N grinned at them, "Prepare to lose, Nerds."

"You're a nerd also." Caitlyn pointed out.

"Just go along with it." Y/N said.

At that moment, Barry rushed into the room.

"Right on time Barry," Y/N smiled and walked towards him. "I was just talking about the party I have to attend," She leaned forwards towards Barry, faces inches apart, "And I need a plus one, Wanna come?"

Barry blushed all the way down to his neck.

"W-what?" He stuttered out.

Y/N smirked and turned towards Caitlyn and Cisco, "You two owe-"

"Sure."

Y/N almost tripped over the smooth floor, "W-What?"

"Sure, t-the party sounds n-nice." Barry said.

"Pay up Y/N." Cisco smirked, making gestures.

Y/N frowned and shoved 20's to Caitlyn and Cisco.

"Y/N, can I talk to for a moment please?" Dr. Wells asked,

Y/N's face twisted into confusion, "Sure." She replied.

Cisco patted Barry on the back, "You got yourself a date, man,"

"It's not exactly a d-date." Barry protested.

"Trust me," Cisco reassured, "it's a date."
