he was made in a lab the scientists mixed his DNA with human DNA and nothing happened but after a few days he started growing arms and his body changed from a baby koi fish into a more a human but still fish,they called him a mermaid.

he soon escaped from the lab and into the ocean.he loves being free and doing his own things.
