Derek make seem like a jerk sometimes and sometimes he is but he's actually really sweet if he likes you. Hell the guy looks like he might beat you up but he owns a bakery. He does have a short temper and finds himself getting into fights often. But around his little one it's like he's a different person, he's sweet and loving. He can be strict but hates seeing his little one cry. He honestly just needs someone to keep him calm and down to earth.

Likes:
Derek loves baking and making sweets for his little one and watching his face light up when he brings him a new sweet to try. He loves spending time with his little one because he is often busy since he runs his own business while going to school online. He really likes anything that will allow him to blow off steam without having to resort to things like drinking and drugs.

Dislikes:
Seeing his little one cry is the worst thing and if you're the one who made him cry well you better be ready for hell. He hates when he has to punish his little one but sometimes it needs to be done. When people piss him off he doesn't like to go around his baby because he doesn't want to blow up on him when it's not his fault.

Backstory:
Derrek had a pretty normal childhood, no trauma or anything like that. His mother got him into baking and even helps him at his bakery since she's always been a stay at home mom. He got into ddlb when he was a junior in high school and had his first little in his freshman year of college. That didn't end on the best terms and left him a little heartbroken and didn't really help his anger.
