I was excited to write this one! Zane is one of the characters I dont get requests for often & I had a lot to work with for this one. Enjoy!

Reader's P.O.V. (needed to change it up a little)

I sighed as I sat in the bath. I was in a lot of pain after all the abuse ive received from Lord Garmadon. I didnt want to be evil but after he started to abuse me I tried to be evil so he'd stop hurting me. He'd never hurt me when we were out trying to take over Ninjago,he'd wait till we got back to abuse me for the Ninja always beating us.

"(Y/N)! Go check the woods for my sword from yesterday's battle & don't come back till you find it! You know the consequences!" Lord Garmadon called out to me. I sighed & slowly got out of the bath & got ready. Once I was ready I rushed off so I wouldn't get yelled at for taking so long to get ready to leave. I began to search around the woods near yesterday's battle when I heard a voice.

"Go my Falcon friend, find the others." the voice said as I got near. I peeked through a bush to see the white ninja sending out his falcon. I examined the ninja closely to see he was injured.

"I can fix him." I mumbled to myself noticing the sparks flying out of his leg, I always forgot he was a nindroid. I slowly walked out of the bush before he looked at me.

"Please dont hurt me" he said as he tried to move back only to be stopped by a big rock behind him.

"I'm not gonna hurt you! I promise" I said as I stopped in my tracks.

"But you work for Lord Garmadon" he said looking scared.

"Forced to work for him actually. I really want to be good but Lord Garmadon abuses me so I'll be evil. I'm (Y/N)" I said said as I stood where I was. I watched him stare at me as he processed what I told him.

"I am Zane, it's nice to meet you. I'm sorry Garmadon treats you like that." he said with a frown. I just sigh & shrug.

"I'm used to it by now, anyways may I help you? I can fix your leg." I said with a smile. He smiles back & nods.

"Yes please" he said as I walked closer. I smiled more & began to work on fixing his leg.

Zane's P.O.V.

I watched (Y/N) as she started to fix my leg. I felt really bad for her after she told me what Lord Garmadon does to her.I wish I knew sooner,I could have saved her before. She's really nice & doesn't deserve any kind of abuse.

"I think he's over here." I heard one of my friends say,but they weren't close enough for me to tell who.After a few minutes I can see my friends walk over.

"Stop her! She's hurting Zane!"Kai said. Before I could say anything, they all attack (Y/N).

"Stop!" I said to them but they didn't listen. I teared up as they just keep attacking her & she just takes the hits. I couldn't take it anymore as I force my way through my friends & became (Y/N)'s shield.

"She was hurting you!" Cole said shocked to see what I was doing. I looked up & watched them all take a few steps back.

"She was helping me!" I cried out as a few tears rolled down my cheeks. They all looked at me before I told them everything she told me. They all frowned & looked down ashamed as I look down at (Y/N) & gasped. She had some pretty deep wounds from them.

"Let me fix your leg real quick Zane." Jay said as I sat down & held (Y/N) in my arms. I just gave Jay a small nod & he got to work to finish the repairs (Y/n) started. Once done, I got up & carried (y/n) back to the bounty. Once we got there, I set her down in the infirmary & began to patched her up. Half way through,she slowly woke up.

"W-where am I?" she asked as she looked around.

"The Destiny's Bounty. I carried you here after my team attacked you & now I'm patching you up." I told her as I continued.

"Oh," she said with a frown before I finished.

"Why didn't you fight back when they attacked?"I asked frowning. She looked at me before looking down.

"I deserved it..... Why didn't just kill me?" she said while tearing up. I gasped then hugged her gently.

"You don't deserve to die! You deserve to live!" I said to her making her look at me.

"B-but I was evil."she replied. I shook my head & held her hand.

"You were forced to be evil. The moment I saw you I knew you had the purest of hearts. It may be broken but your heart keeps coming back stronger. You deserve to live, you deserve to love & you don't have to be abused anymore. Live with us because you deserve it" I said to her. She looked at me then began to cry.

Reader's P.O.V.

I began to cry after what Zane just said. He's the sweetest person I ever met & what he said to me, I needed that.

"I'm sorry please dont cry!I don't know what I said wrong." Zane said looking worried. I giggled & hugged him.

"You said nothing wrong! You said exactly what I needed to hear after whats happened to me for so long." I said smiling. He smiled back & hugged me more. After that he showed me to the room I was going to have & his friends came to apologize. I smiled finally being free from Lord Garmadon's control! I had so much fun living with Zane & his team that 3 years came & went pretty fast. I was now in a happy & loving relationship with Zane. I was the digital ninja & I was able to use technology to my advantage & I kinda became a mother hen towards the rest of the ninja which they occasionally got annoyed with but they liked it as much as I did. I love my life now & I wouldn't have it any other way.
