I believe this is the first Shade x Ash one ive written but I could be wrong, but please enjoy!

No P.O.V.

Ash sighed as he wandered the streets of Ninjago city. He had nothing to do after being fired from his job because his boss thought he was trying to steal his girl. Little did his old boss know Ash was gay & had his eyes on Shade. Ash had little hope that Shade liked him back anyways.

"What are you doing out here this late?" a voice said to Ash. Ash looked around & got into a fighting stance before he saw Shade walk over.

"Oh it's you. I just got fired so I decided to wander about boredly till I find something to do." Ash said as he looked at Shade.

"Oh,I'm sorry you got fired. Want to go to Dareth's Karaoke bar to get a drink?" Shade offered. Ash smiled & nodded.

"Yeah,I could go for a drink." he replied & then they were off. It only took 5 minutes to get there.

"What can get you guys to drink?" Dareth asked.

"Water" Ash said as he sat down.Shade chuckled & looked at him.

"Sprite for me" he said. Dareth nodded & got them their drinks.

"Dont give me that look, I just want some water to start off with" Ash said while crossing his arms. Shade chuckled more.

"I wasn't judging" Shade hummed as he continued to stare at Ash while Ash watched the person who was terribly doing Karaoke.

"Why do you keep staring at me?" Ash asked after a couple of minutes.

"No reason" Shade said as he looked away to hide his blush. Ash looked at him & poked his cheek.

"Lies" he said before Dareth handed them their drinks. Shade took a slow, long sip of his sprite before looking at Ash.

"You really want to know?"he asked.

"Yes" Ash said as he sipped his water. Shade chuckled & looked at him.

"I like you"was all Shade said before giving him a kiss then disappearing into the shadows. Ash blushed heavily before leaving money for Dareth & running off.

"SHADE!" he shouted as he looked for the master of shadows.

"What?" Shade asked from down an alley way.Ash ran to him & tackles him.

"I love you!" Ash said before kissing him. Shade smirked & kissed back. He chuckled & got up.

"You're my boyfriend whether you like it or not" Shade as as he got up holding him.

"I aint complaining" Ash smirked. Shade chuckled before carrying his boyfriend home.
