Kayo's P.O.V.

While my best friend Geno was off with his girlfriend, I decided to take a walk around the city. I strolled through the park before hearing a scream. I immediately ran towards it to an alley way.

"Give that back please!" I could hear a girl say. I peaked around the corned & watched as 3 guys ganged up on a girl & were tossing her phone around. Man did this make my blood boil,no one should be rude to a girl!

"Nah,I think we'll keep it." the shortest of the 3 guys said before dropping the phone then picking it up to throw it again. I then watched the girl yelp in pain any time the phone was dropped, weird.

"Y-your hurting me stop it!"she cried out as she tried to grab the phone. I watched a little more already mad.

"No way girly!" they one I think was the leader said before her dropped the phone again this time cracking the screen. The girl cried out & fell to the ground. I gasped seeing sparks come out of her. I think she's an android but judging by her clothes, a nindroid.

"Oh look,she's fallen."the only brunette of the group of 3 guys said laughing. Thats it!

"HEY! LEAVE HER ALONE!"I shouted as I walked over.

"& what are you gonna do about it huh?"they asked.

"I'll kick your sorry butts all the way to the dark island!"I growled before getting ready to fight. The 3 laughed before paling. They threw the phone to the ground breaking it more before running. I looked around confused before seeing Zane rush over as the girl fell to her side.

"Sally!" he said as he picked her up.

"You know her Zane?"I asked confused. He nodded & picked her up.

"This is Sally,Jay & I made her a while ago. We barely let her go out on her own,I feared this would happen but Jay convinced me otherwise."he sighed.

"Oh,well whats the deal with her phone?"I asked as I picked it up along with all the broken pieces & gave them to her.

"Her phone is her heart source,anything that happens to it,happens to her."he said.

"Thats why she got hurt anytime those guys dropped it. Those jerks!"I growled. Zane nodded then began walking away.

"I can repair her,he phone wasnt to badly damaged & the memory chip is perfectly fine so it wont take long." he said. I followed him.

"May I help?"I asked. He nodded & gave Sally to me.

"I can repair her phone on the way home."he said as he led the way. I followed as I looked over Sally closely. Her face looked hurt,her red-orange hair a little dirty after falling, her clothes had stains as well & she still had sparks coming out of her. I frowned & held her close,she went through a lot trying to get her phone back.

"Hey Zane,why havent I seen her around the bounty whenever Im over?"I asked confused.

"She'd stay in my room to hide. She's shy & rather hide whenever she can. Though she's really curious too. She'd like to get to know you after you tried saving her."he said as I watched him fix her phone.

"I see."I said as I thought. If I hadn't been there,would Zane still have saved her or would she have been left there broken after what those guys did. I was so deep in thought I didnt even notice we made it back.

"We're here."Zane said snapping me out of my thoughts fully.

"Oh ok."I said as I followed him to his room. I laid her on the bed & watched Zane add the finishing touches to the phone.

"Thats fixed now her."he said as he & I went to fixing her. I looked at the blueprints for her as I helped to fix her,well mainly fixed her Zane just watched & corrected me when I would mess up or nearly mess up. It had taken us a few minutes to finish fixing her before Zane placed her phone on the charger.

"How long do we wait?"I asked as we walked out of the room.

"20 minutes."he said as he went to the kitchen. I nodded & followed before Geno walks in chasing Jaxon who wouldnt let go of his shoe he took. I didnt see Jade so I guess she went home maybe? I might ask later who knows.

"How'd he take your shoe."I laughed as Geno chased Jaxon around.

"I sat down after being bored of blowing leafs around for him so he pulled my show off then ran. He was actually chasing after you."he chuckled before Jaxon leapt into my arms & dropped the boot. I laughed & petted him as Geno put his shoe back on.

"You & your leaves Jaxon I swear."I laughed before setting him down.

"So,why are you here?"Geno asked curiously.

"Oh,I was helping Zane after his child he & Jay made got hurt."I said. He gave me a confused looked before Zane started to explain things. I wandered off hearing a door open then saw Sally.

"Your not suppose to be up this early."i said as I guided her back to bed. She just gave me a confused looked before I laid her down. I went to leave before she grabbed my arm.

"Thank you for saving me."She said with a sweet smile before kissing my cheek & going back to sleep. My face heated up & stood there for a few minutes before Zane & Geno came in.

"Everything alright?"Geno asked amused.

"She kissed my cheek after I guided her back to bed. She woke up 10 minutes early & then thanked me for saving her."I said still blushing.

"She trusts you already. She's around your age you know."Zane said before leaving. Weird but ok.

"Looks like your gonna be her knight in shining armor."Geno joked before we went to the game room to watch a movie with Zane. It was just me,Zane,Geno & Jaxon in there & then Sally in Zane's room as the others were off who knows where doing who knows what. I just know,Im kinda crushing on Sally already when we just met.

*2 hours later*

I woke up hearing some rustling in the kitchen. I looked around the room & Zane,Geno & Jaxon were all asleep. I slowly got up & went to the kitchen seeing Sally in there making dinner. I chuckled then came over to help.

"You set the temperature to high."I said as I went over to the stove & fixed it.

"Oh thank you,um,whats your name?"she asked. I smiled at her.

"Im Kayo! Nice to meet you."I said as she giggled.

"Nice to meet you Kayo,Im Sally."She said cheerfully before putting an apron on me. I blushed reading the "kiss the cook" part as we made dinner. We joked & laughed as we did till were finished making it. Then,she kissed my cheek again making me blush. She giggled then went to wake the others as I set the table. We then all quietly ate.

*weeks later*(running low on ideas Im sorry!)

So,it had been a few weeks since Sally & I have become friends & the larger my crush on her was. Right now I was with Geno walking Jaxon.

"So,you have a crush on Sally now?"he asked after I had basically explained to him everything that had been going on any time he'd be off with Jade or anywhere Im not.

"Yeah."I said before Jaxon gave us a stick.

"Omg he watches to fetch a stick!"Geno freaked out,took the stick then happily threw it.

"3.....2.....1...."I smirked & watched as Jaxon came back with leaves.

"Aww come one."Geno pouted & picked Jaxon up. Jaxon dropped the leaves & licked his cheek while happily wagging his tail."Your lucky I love you."he chuckled before setting Jaxon down who ran off then dragged the stick over.

"This is amusing."I laughed before we both got texts from Zane asking us to lunch. We smiled then happily went back, a few detours to Jaxon wanting to chase something or trying to get leaves from trees. I swear that dog has a leaf problem! Anyways, we soon made it back & I went to the bathroom to wash my hands. As soon as I came out,Geno was outside the door trying to hold back laughs,I could tell.

"What did you do?"I asked.

"I told Sally you like her~"he said with a chuckle. My expression dropped.

"You told her what!?!?"I whisper yelled.

"I told her you like her & she likes you~"he laughed then ran. I was gonna chase him but I was too happy. I ran to Sally & hugged her. She giggled & hugged back.

"Hello Kayo,ready for the lunch my mother & I prepared?"she asked.

"Yes,wait mother?"I asked confused.

"Oh,you havent heard my call Zane mother?"she asked. I then laughed.

"So,Zane's mother & Jay's father?" I asked & she nodded.

"Yup!"she said cheerfully.

"Your too cute!"I said as I kissed her cheek. We both blushed as she looked at me.

"T-thank you."she said. I smiled & nodded.

"Sooo,I heard Geno told you that I liked you.....its true & now I was hoping you'd wanna be my...you know girlfriend?"I asked. She smiled & hugged me more.

"I'd be delighted to be your girlfriend Kayo!"she said happily. I hugged her then kissed her happily before Jay separated us so we could eat lunch. After lunch,Sally & I went for a lovely ice cream date just the 2 of us. Or so we thought, Zane,Jay & Geno watched us from a far. I didnt mind,it was just weird. After the ice cream date,Sally took me somewhere only she knew.

"This is my safe place"she happily said as I looked around. I was a little secret pond area at the edge of town,Im surprised no one else has seen it.

"Its amazing."I said as we sat down & watched the ducks swim. Soon,she fell asleep on me. I grabbed her phone then sighed,the battery died. I carried her home & plugged her phone in the charge. I then laid her in bed & cuddled with her soon falling asleep.
