No P.O.V.

it as an odd, quiet morning as Saki woke up. She got out of bed & checked all the rooms. No was there asleep so she checked the game room. Nothing again, she checked all of the rooms to find them all empty. She finally made her way to the kitchen.

"Surprise!"everyone said as they held up presents & Zane held a birthday cake of pancakes.

"this is your morning cake,you'll get your favorite kind of cake after dinner. Happy birthday love."Zane said as he kissed her cheek. Saki smiled & kissed his cheek back before grabbing the cake of pancakes & looke around.

"wheres Makayla?"she asked with a frown not seeing her sister in law.

"I'm here sorry I had to get more wrapping paper I ran out last night"Makayla said right after with the present she had just finished wrapping.

"you can wrap while flying your dragon?"Jay asked amazed. Makayla giggled as she carefully hugged Saki so she wouldn't drop the cake.

"it's alright sis"Saki giggled out as they all are breakfast. They then dragged her to the living room so she could open presents.

"thanks for the new hair clip sis"Saki said as she put it in her hair.

"I made it myself after getting the materials from the store"Makayla replied. Saki giggled then opened Zanes present.

"Awww Zane I love it"She said as she took out a silver heart shaped locket with a cherry blossom & a snowflake etched into it.

"I wasn't sure which pictures your want in it so I left the inside empty for you to decide. Love you"he replied earning a kiss on the cheek & the nose.

"I love it thank you"she said as he put it on her.

"I love you too"he replied giving her a kiss.She then opened the last of the presents before Zane swept her off her feet for a nice birthday date. While they had a little date the others decorated the bounty for a nice little party at the end of the day. Had a pinyata for the kids, some fireworks Jay refused to let anyone say no to, streamers & balloons everywhere, a banner saying happy birthday Saki on it & a few tables with food & drinks on them. All that was missing was the music & Saki.

"Cole hurry up they'll be here any minute"Jay complained as Cole slowly carried the speakers around.

"I'm trying not to break these you know"Cole shouted as he set one down. He carried the last 2 to their spots before they hear the signal. Everyone his & waited for Zane to give the other signal.

"Can I take the blind fold off now?"Saki asked as Zane chuckled.

"Now you can my love"he said. She took it off right as Cole played the music & everyone jumped out.

"Happy Birthday Saki!"they all cheered making her smiled more.

"Best birthday ever"she giggled out while enjoying the party. They played games, Saki ended up breaking open the pinyata since none of the kids could & Jay started a cake fight as they set off the specially made fireworks. Once the party was over they cleaned up & went to bed since it was nearly midnight.

"that was the best birthday ever thank you Zane"Saki said kissing him before sleeping.

"Anything for you love, happy birthday"he said before kissing her head & sleeping.
