Your POV

It's been about two weeks since my break down. I have been avoiding the group for about two weeks also because I wanted to be alone even though JJ said that I shouldn't due to me still feeling heartbroken. I was about to leave to go see my friends after a two weeks break.

'Time Skip'

I walked up to John B's to find nobody inside and found them sitting around talking among each other. When I got closer to them I called out to them.

" Hey everyone. Your girls back!"

Kie, Pope and JJ all ran up to me. Kie immediately threw her arms around me. I giggled at the action but hugged her back. Pope then joined the hug which had me and Kie in giggles.

" Alright you two. It's my turn to hug my best friend." JJ announced

They let go of me and JJ picked me up and hugged me. I wrapped my legs around his waist so I was not hanging from his neck.

" I missed you so much Y/n/n." he whispered

I hugged him tighter. " I missed you so much more." I whispered

" JJ let her go already." Kie said

We all started laughing. I was the first one to step laughing and my eye contact with John B.

" Hi John."

He waved at me. I walked slowly over to him. I opened my arms for a hug. He debated but gave in for the hug. I whispered...

" Sorry for being so distant from you guys."

" Y/n/n, it's ok. I know how you felt before you stopped coming around." He said back

I pulled away and looked at him shocked. He smiled.

" It's fine. Nobody told me. I kind of figured out it was me."

I smiled, but said

" Well let's do something."

JJ's POV

When I put Y/n/n down she made her way to John B. I got this weird feeling in my stomach when they hugged and whispered to each other. Pope looked at me. He came over and whispered...

" You okay dude. You look like you want to murder someone."

I turned to him. " I'm fine. Just feeling weird."

He chuckled. I looked at him confused.

" What?" I questioned

" You're jealous." He stated

I looked at him. I then heard Y/n/n ask to do something. Before she could get any farther I grabbed her wrist.

" Yes JJ." She asked

" Um, can we talk for a second."

She nodded for me to continue. I saw the group go into the house.

" How would you tell if you like someone?" I asked

She looked at me and giggled.

" Jay, do you have a crush? And you didn't tell me. I thought we were best friends." She asked

I gave out a small chuckle. " Y/n/n, just please answer the question."

She looked at me then said " We'll um...if you get nervous around someone. Or if someone you like hangs out with another guy other than you, you could end up feeling a bubbling sensation in your stomach. That would make you jealous."

" Oh ok. Thanks Y/n/n."

I then walked away from her. I heard her call me."

" Jay!"

" Yea." I asked

" Questioned?"

" Shoot." I questioned

" What if you like someone else but they're friends with your ex, but too scared to tell them?"

I looked at her and ran to Pope.

" Dude! I don't know what to do?" I asked

Your POV

When I finished asking him, I thought I was going to get an answer, but ended up not getting one. Once he left me I walked and sat on the end of the dock. I started questioning myself about everything that's happened to me. I felt someone sit next to me.

" You okay Y/n/n." Kie asked concerned

" I'm fine Kie."

" Then explain the tears honey?" she said

I touched my face to find that it was wet from the tears. I then put both my hands in my lap. I saw Kie put her hand over mine.

" Y/n/n, how are you actually feeling right now."

I turned to look at her. Her face fell and she pulled me into a hug.

" What if John B gets mad at me." I whispered

" Mad at you for what." She asked

" If I start falling for his best friend."

I felt her tense up. I pulled away when I heard a voice all too well.

" Y/n/n. I won't get mad if you like JJ."

" Really." I questioned

He walked up to us and got down to my level.

" Yes, I can see the way you look at him."

" So, you won't be mad if we end up together." I questioned

" I already told you. Now go get your man Y/n/n."

Kie giggled and nodded her head to agree with him. I got up with the help of John B. I walked up to his house. When I walked in the door I saw JJ and Pope whispering to each other. I knocked on the outside of the door, which made them go quiet.

" JJ can I talk to you alone?" I asked quietly

He nodded his head and got up from the couch and followed me outside near the hammocks.

" What do you need to ask me?" He questioned

" Um...I don't know how to tell you."

He grabbed my hand and gave it a squeeze. He grabbed my chin so I was looking at him.

" You can tell me anything, you know that." He said

I nodded and let out a shaky breath.

" Jay...um..I like you." I squeezed my eyes shut so I didn't have to see his face.

JJ's POV

Right after she said that I could see John B smiling at me. I saw him mouth ' it's ok, go for it.' I smiled and nodded back to him. I looked back at Y/n/n and leaned in slowly. I was right at her lips where I could feel her minty breath. I closed the gap between us. I could feel her smile into the kiss. She wrapped her arms around me while I did the same to her waist.

John B's POV

I smiled at my best friend and my ex girlfriend who is still my best friend. I felt the other too on either side of me.

" Want to prank them." Pope said

I smirked and quietly made my way to the two lovebirds. I gently grabbed the hammock and rocked it side to side. I heard them whispering to each other until JJ yelled...

" JOHN B, KIARA, AND POPE!"

I heard Pope and Kie start laughing over the porch. I made myself known to them.

" Alright break it up you too. We got to start the fire."

JJ rolled his eyes but smiled and got up and helped Y/n/n. We made our way to the other three to start our bomb fire. At the bonfire we all got our own chairs and before Y/n/n could sit down JJ yanked her to his lap. We all laughed at her face and told funny stories word after word. We continued telling them until we all grew into silence.
