i saw her leave, no explanation
just looked at the director and left
and i was sad to see her go
to watch her leave my sights
i felt worried not being able to be have her close
but then the director counted off and we kept playing like she never left
by time 4 came, i left for my other activities, but when i walked through the back doors
something seemed to gloom on the building
like sadness hung in the air
but i chose to ignore it

until i heard her world crashing down
until i heard my beautiful girl crying
my girlfriend was crying

i ran to the sound, finding the hallway of her sitting sobbing, barely being able to breathe but when she was able to take a short breath in she met my gaze

that's when she started to stand up and like in slow motion i ran to her. wrapping her in my arms, letting her cry into my shoulder. i felt her shake, sob

i was with her through every single one.

and when she calmed down and backed away she looked at me

and for the first time said those three little words with too much meaning
