There was a small Slytherin most likely a fist year at most a second year. The child was being attacked by some 5th years with nothing better to do then harass someone they could actually take on without consequences. Draco saw this and something stirred in him. He didn't know why he did this but he spoke up.
" why don't you pick on someone your own size you mangy brutes!" The 5th years stared at him for a moment. Their expression ones of shock for getting caught for their wrong doing.
