Okay this doesn't really go with just one marvel movie it kinda goes with a lot and if it doesn't make sense oh well it's fiction for a reason.

Peter POV
     I've been a part of the avengers for about half a year now and the rest of the team still doesn't trust me.  They baby me and think I can't handle myself.  Well I handled myself pretty fine with Doc Ock, or the lizard, not to mention I just defeated vulture.  Anytime we have a mission I'm always stuck with getting civilians to safety.  I'm getting sick of always having to do the small jobs.  One day the rest of the team will see how I'm not a child they have to protect. 
     "Spidey status report?" Captain asked over the comms. 
     "I've got most of the civilians out of the buildings I'm just going back through to make sure they're all gone," I answered running through a building. 
     "Good tell me if anything happens."
     "Okay Cap'." I ran through the last building I had to check and everyone was out.  "Everyone's out I'll come over to you."
     "Okay we're a" Captain was cut off as I was slammed into the ground with an 'Oof!' And a heavy boot landed on my back. "Spiderman are you Okay?"
     I was going to answer but my mask was ripped off and the comm was taken.  "Oh Steve your little spider kid is alright for now," the man standing on me said in a mocking voice. 
     "Kid!" Tony shouted through the comm.  "What did you do to him?"
     "Nothing yet but I'm sure you will hate what we're going to.  Here I'll give you a hint winter soldier." With that said I started to struggle under him.  I didn't want to hurt people or be used to do so.  "Stop moving you little" I cut him by pushing myself off the ground and he fell over.  "Get him!" The others in to the room turned their weapons on me and I tried to dodge them.  I was doing fine until the rest of the avengers showed up.  They were taking out the people and I was getting a little tired.  I missed a step and got tased.  I immediately collapsed in a spasming heap on the floor.  I felt like I had hundreds of bolts going through my body at once. 
     "How many volts did you use on him?" I heard while slowly regaining composure.  I was still fidgeting but I was doing better with my eyes closed.  My breathing was rigid and I was not getting the necessary amount of oxygen. 
     "Enough to kill a regular human," I heard an unfamiliar voice say.  "Good thing for the spider he's not normal." I was finally able to open my eyes but my breathing was still wonky. 
     "It's Okay Peter," Tony said trying to soothe me.  "Nothing is going to happen."
     'Okay,' is what I tried to say but I only squeaked. 
     "We'll Have Bruce check you out in the jet." I nodded in agreement not trusting myself to speak.  The team helped me up and we went to the quinjet.  I sat down and Bruce was next to me in seconds. 
     "This is just a check over so don't worry," he said as I started to get anxious. 
~Timeskip~
     "I'm sorry to say this but your vocal cords are fried and it might never heal enough to talk again," Bruce said sadly and the rest of the team looked in shock.  I felt like I was going to cry and I was about to if it wasn't for Nat hugging me.  Then Steve joined and Sam, Tony and Thor.  Soon everyone had arms around me and it felt wonderful. 
     "We're sorry Peter, we should have stopped them before they could do anything to you," Steve said looking like he was about in tears. 
     It wasn't your fault, I wanted to say but all I did was let out a sob.

Sry I've been gone for a little while it's just I had a lot on my plate but I'm back so I should be able write more often 'Till next time Scott out.
