So I found this comic when I first started playing Awakening but I remembered it a few days ago and it's really sad. I dunno if it goes along fully with the main story seeing as how I haven't finished it yet 😂

But it does correlate to the beginning so spoilers? As far as I know there aren't really any spoilers it's just kinda back story into the beginning of the game ^^;;

Anyways, credit to the artist, I was unable to find the comic again to give credit (I usually forget what I searched up, if I remember properly, it was a pretty specific search which doesn't help much)

For those you read this chapter but haven't played Awakening basically (spoilers but not really because it's the first 2 minutes of the game) the line "There are better places to take a nap than the ground you know? Here...take my hand" is the first thing Chrom says to you when you start the game. This comic makes me cry just looking at one panel. I don't even have to read it to get all the memories of this comic flooding back along with the feels train.

TBH IM STILL KINDA SALTY CAUSE IN AWAKENING I TRIED REALLY FUCKING HARD TO MARRY STAHL (ALWAYS PAIRED UP WITH HIM, ALWAYS STUCK BY HIS SIDE WHEN POSSIBLE) BECAUSE STAHL IS MY FOOD LOVING BABY BUT I ENDED UP MARRYING CHROM??? LIKE BITCH NO! YOURE SUPPOSED
TO MARRY OLIVIA NOT ME YA BITCH.

Anyways that how I feel about that.

Also, can we take a moment to appreciate how fucking accurately that text post describes Viron?? Like no joke, he's so dramatic when he dies / is forced to retreat / "dun goofs" and has to get revived next round. (I usually play Casual because I want to be able to enjoy my game, but still have a bit of a challenge)

Never really liked Viron but he's got cool hair I guess?? And he's good with a bow, so eh. He's okay.
