Idk how people do it...
I'm trying to soft reset to get a shiny tepig in pokemon black (shiny emboar is AWESOME) and I lost count after like 5 soft resets 3:
So I began counting. (I got to 30 before I gave up.)

*soft reset: pressing L, R, start, and select at the same time. The game will restart at the title screen. People do this in hopes of getting a shiny Pokémon. (But odds are really low so you have to do a lot. And I mean A LOT. This requires extreme patience.
