The Lost Cities Burned down after a crazed Pyrokinetic got loose.

Few managed to escape, but after the Pyrokinetic was caught, they rebuilt the Cities, stronger than ever.

But since few elves survived, their genes were jumbled and crazed. In a blur of parents having tons of children, elves with two powers were common.

Those who only had one were a 'bad match' and looked down upon.

However, Foxfire teaches students based on their main power, but they have a secondary power that they learn to use, however, they are not as strong at it.
