This is a character from 1CeriseWood's Land of Imagination, This is Ashley Wood one of the main protagonists in the story, this is her in armour. I am a bad drawer but cut me some slack first body drawing anyways She is the Queen of Magix, She is an Elf/Angel, she has the power of Imagination (highest power in the lands) and she can Shapeshift into a Dove, wolf, unicorn and Cat.
