Okay so, backstory time for Fitz.

Fitz is really good at singing. Music is his passion. So, he tried out for a local musical, and ended up getting a lead part. The problem was that his work schedule interfered with the musical time, so he was always late.

The director just couldn't handle it anymore and she said that next time Fitz was late, she'd have him replaced. And he was.

Fitz was heart broken. He stopped with music and he didn't sing a note for almost two years.
