It was late, Madre Smut God was at her sister's in Florida, visiting her family. Madre wasn't very tired after having such a long trip from Ohio to Florida, so she decided to watch some YouTube on her phone. She stopped when the app finally opened, she was deciding. Deciding whether to give in to the temptation or not. Madre twirled a strand of hair around her finger as she thought.

The temptation to whether or not watch JackSepticEye play a game. A new game that everyone was currently in love with and making constant fanart for.

Undertale

Yes, Madre was tempted to jump onto the bandwagon when it first started, but then she remembered how Five Nights At Freddy's went, and how terrible it had ended. Madre didn't want the same thing to happen. But remember, temptation was calling her, more like shouting for her to watch the play through of the highly praised game. Before she knew it, her finger that was twirling her hair was yanking at her scalp and she decided.

She'd watch the videos.

She went to JackSepticEye's channel page and went to his Undertale playlist. Madre knew that as soon as she pressed play, there was no going back. She knew that if she liked it she's be telling her friends, and she knew if she did that, that she'd be teased, called 'Undertale Trash'. (You see, Madre's friend group is rather cruel when it comes to this kind of things.)

'Ya know what,' Madre thought, 'Screw them. If they're going to tease me about some dumb game that I happen to enjoy due to my taste in things and my opinions than they can fuck off!'

Madre spent the next couple days watching the playthroughs whenevershe could. She hasn't finished them yet so please no spoilers in the comments.

So yeah, I finally joined the Undertale fandom. And I'm glad that I did. It is a rather lovely game, very interesting and just amazing. The soundtrack is perfection and the characters are perfection and just everything is so nice.

Why did it take me so long? Well, I was kinda put off by how everyone flooded to it, like a dog when it's owner comes home after a long day alone. That and how everyone is kinda exaggerating about it. I mean, some people got really carried away with it and basically to sum it up, it reminded of FNAF and how all the commotion over Undertale is just like FNAF. I mean, yes, Undertale is an amazing game but, can people like take a chill pill?

Why did I finally join? Well, I was feeling kinda left out ya know, especially since all I've been seeing is Fan-Art, Fan-Fiction, Fan-Animations ETC ETC. It made me feel out of the loop. (Plus, I really wanted to draw the characters because they looked so much fun to draw and I didn't want to get questioned about the game if I did draw them without seeing the game)

Who's my favorite character? Okay, so, so far I'm only on like episode 8 of JackSepticEye's play through, and honestly it's very hard to choose who's my favorite. My friend keeps telling me that I am literally Papyrus, I'm not sure if that's a compliment or not TBH xD the only big difference between us two is that I can actually cook spaghetti and Papyrus can't xD

Who's my least favorite? Tbh Toriel. I didn't really connect with her and I'm gonna get so much hate for saying that she's my least favorite. I mean, she's cute and all, I loved when she held hands with Frisk and patted her head, but like, I didn't connect.
