What even is she?

I know she's a human-like Pokémon and all but...whyyyyyyyyy? When I first saw Jynx, that was my reaction. I mean, her stats are average at best, save for a very nice special attack.

Give her a mega at least...

This way I don't have to look at it and wonder whyyyyyyy....
