This is basically a Roleplay about the anime series called Nabari No Ou. To join, you don't need to have watched or to have read the series, because I shall explain it here.
LittleStorySparrow has agreed to help me set up the roleplay and tag people she knows who might be interested.

Basically...Nabari is what ninjas call their world, I believe. People are able to master various ninja techniques by reading books and scrolls. That's the basics.
Now, comes the harder part to explain. The protagonist within the anime, Miharu, is possessive of the Shinra Banshou. The Shinra Banshou is basically all the world's knowledge and wisdom comprised into a single book. The book takes the form of an entity, which has latched itself onto Miharu, the protagonist. Miharu is able to use this power within himself to grant wishes, to basically do anything, yet he's thus far unable to, due to the fact that he can't yet comprehend or accept the Shinra Banshou's power. He's being protected by a group of people, for he's sought after in the world of Nabari. People want to strip away his power, and use it for their own gain.
I should explain this also. My favourite character within the anime, Yoite, has a forbidden technique he uses. The forbidden technique is known as the Kira technique. It's hard to explain. Basically, the user is able to cast a fragment of his Kira/life force into another person, and cause their death through contorting their body parts/internal organs. It's grim. However, the Kira is a forbidden technique, as it slowly kills the user, steadily draining their life force after each use. The senses fade, and the user becomes weaker and weaker, until they die.
So...yes. That's it.

You can play as cannon characters.

Miharu Rokujo, the boy possessing the Shinra Banshou, has created a facade of indifference and apathy because he doesn't want to become attached to people for fear of losing them. He also doesn't like it when people show him kindness and generosity, because he cannot pay it back. He's usually quiet and reserved, but he is incredibly loyal and protective over those he becomes fond of. You may say also that he had dry wit. He's open to be played

Yoite is a boy of sixteen (I believe) who possesses the Kira technique. Due to his tragic backstory, he wishes to be erased from existence, and has basically forced Miharu to grant him that wish. He and Miharu get along well, as they are kindred spirits. Yoite is anti social, and highly intelligent. He also isn't afraid to kill, and he's nicknamed the burdensome angel of death. He tends to speak in a flat tone, is easily unsettled, yet rarely displays much emotion. He's open to be played

In the comments, you can make individual roleplay chains, but I shall also have a group roleplay going with a Roleplay order to avoid chaos and confusion.
