Took around four-five days, and mercifully I had made the head years ago for another doll of mine. This, you could say, is the updated version of that doll.
The face and hair is fimo clay, with paper lips and eyes, merely stuck on with a glue stick. Simple really, but making the head is a great pain.
The upper torso is also clay, with a wire going through, so that the chest is hard, whilst the lower body is soft, and posable. The arms are made of wire and fimo clay, and can be moved however possible. The legs are the same. Then, on top of all that, I sewed felt, to hide the fimo and wire, to make it somewhat realistic to an anime extent.
The trousers are made of a thin fabric, and fit quite snugly. The trenchcoat is made of black felt, with silver clasps which act as buttons. It can be taken on and off, and I'm going to make more clothes for the doll, so he can have an entire wardrobe. The scarf is blue felt, and is merely tied on loosely, so it can be removed.
He's pretty agile, yet not floppy.
I would appreciate your opinions on this. My doll is inspired by the anatomy and style from the anime Nabari No Ou. I would be grateful if you could see it, then tell me if my doll has the basic anatomy of the characters from that anime.
