So, for entertainment purposes, I downloaded this customisation app, and decided to create myself upon it.
Of course, it's glorified, and I couldn't get all my features, such as the truly accurate shape of my lower face, my blemishes, and the size of my eyes. Also, to insert pupils, you had to pay.
Anyway...it's as accurate as I could make it, save the glasses. I wear dark purple rimmed glasses, but I couldn't find a suitable pair. Also, in real life, my eyes are really quite small, but there wasn't an option to change the eye size.

Also, the eye colour is likely rather inaccurate, as my eyes appear murky dark green, or hazel. The hair is fairy accurate though, but I believe my nose in thinner. However, I do have a dark blue shirt, so that's accurate.

Also yes...though I roleplay as a Male...I'm a female. I do look older than the image below, but again, you couldn't change the age.

So, this is a compromise for a real life photo, and also just entertainment.
