I will like to thank & dedicate this chapter to KestraDallisor for giving me this idea.

  So I went and did some research for this chapter cause if I am being honest here I didn't know so much about The Wendigo, so yeah... on with the chapter!

  The Wendigo or windigo is a mythological man-eating creature or evil spirit from the folklore of the Native American Algonquian tribes based in the northern forests of Nova Scotia, the East Coast of Canada, and Great Lakes Region of Canada. (Not my wording it's Googles' or Wikipedia anywho...) as we can obviously tell the Wendigo is not a cute,nice,cuddly,etc. creature that you want as a pet or best friend or whatever.

  The Wendigo, as it says above is a man-eating creature so when I read that it obviously reminded me of a vampire, but the Wendigo eats human flesh and a vampire sucks human blood so yeah there is a difference, I also found these videos to explain some more. (Just a heads up I watched the videos but not all of it of the second one, but a heads up cause there is blood and stuff so yeah I just wanted go let y'all know.)

    So I didn't know how the Windigo really look like so I searched it up and two different picture came up⬇, guess I am not the only one that doesn't know how it looks like.😅😆

  Also while researching I came upon this thing and it said - What does the Wendigo symbolize? So me being the curious person I am pressed it and this came up:

  The windigo, sometimes spelled wendigo or weendigo, is believed to be the spirit of winter and a symbol of the dangers of selfishness. Although beliefs vary, the windigois generally considered a horrifying entity with an insatiable taste for human flesh.

   So to basicaly summarize most of what the Windigo is, The Windigo is a men-eating creature or evil spirit or horrifying creature of Algonquian Native American legends that would devour human flesh to survive a harsh winter. So basicaly almost kinda of a Canibal (Is that how you spell it?! I'm to lazy to go and check)
