Her delusions of 'true love' are about to be shattered. 

Renae is on the quest for true love- in the form of bad boy Devon Xavier.

Problem is- everyone close to her dislikes him. Befriending the new kid at her school, Eruvan Huang, only makes things more complicated. Although he is a talented singer, Eruvan is quiet, weird and SO not handsome... but starts showing symptoms of liking her. 

Against the warnings, through her crumbling friendships, Renae holds on to Devon- because her long time crush is suddenly giving her everything she wants, becoming her fairytale prince. 

And when she finally sings her heart out for her Devon on February fourteenth , she realizes the ugly truth.
