'If I go to a man's party, he has the right to hump me' -Asian Judge
According to an asian judge, going to a party willingly, dancing, drinking alcohol and swimming in a pool is tantamount to giving consent for sex.
Context: This #richguy and four of his friends invited some of their friends to a hotel. Two girls were allegedly raped in the hotel.
The girls filed a case less than two months later (38 days).
The judge who was supposed to bring justice to the case said that, 'Semen cannot be traced after 72 hours' so rape cases should not be accepted if they complainant reports it 72 hours after the incident. She also derided the officer who accepted the case for 'wasting valuable hours' which could be used for 'many important cases'.
But you know what I was thinking? Maybe 'important' cases should not be handed to this judge in the first place.
Do I think the girls were wrong to drink alcohol? Yeah. Do I think the girls were dumb to go the the party of some rapist? Yeah. But the thing is, they didn't know the dude was a rapist. They thought the guy was their FRIEND.
EDIT: I feel like I was too harsh on the girls at the time of writing this. What I really believe is people should not drink to the point of losing themselves. Also, while a person should be careful with friends, sometimes it's really hard to tell who is good and who is not.
Also, just because someone made the wrong choice of friends doesn't mean we should accept crimes committed against them.
Also, by the country's law in which the incident occurred, any sexual act done without consent is rape (just like it should be in civilized society). I want to ask the judge in which paralell universe going to someone's party, drinking, and swimming in a pool is saying 'Feel free to hump me boi!'
Anyways, a journalist called out the judge's bullshit (very respectfully too) and said 'I hope I misunderstood you (judge)'.
The day afterwards, someone from the gOveRnmEnt called out the judge's incompetency.
Also this judge? She's supposed to be in charge of Women and Children Repression Prevention and shit.
I thought Lil Pump sucked at his job of writing lyrics for songs but my god, this judge takes sucking at your job on an entirely new level. I mean, does she not know the laws of the country she was born in? Did she flunk those law classes or something?
I wonder if, when she invites people to her birthday party, one of her guy friends will say, 'Sorry, can't attend your party, because that means I'm giving you permission to frick me.'

Anyways, here are some tips since there is no point teaching rapists not to rape, they'll do it anyways. We need to teach judges, police officers and law workers in general to not do a shiddy job (most try their best, some people just become like this judge).
1. Don't go to someone's party if you don't know them for a few years, unless you go with a parent. I know this sucks, and some teenagers just wanna live the high life and shit, but it's better to live the low life and be safe.
2. INFORM your parents of where you go. Please, especially if you're a child. Even if you're a boy and you think 'I'm a boi why would anyone rape me'... think again. Saying that because some peeps in my country actually think boys can't be raped...
3. Don't do drugs. Um pretty obvious. It's illegal in most countries. Also, rapists try to weaken their victims with alcohol or other drugs to make their memories murky or weaken self defense, so it's easier for them to get away with their crimes. Furthermore, doing drugs puts you in a compromising position. I hope you never face anything like this, but in case you do, it's best there are no criminal charges against you.
Even if your best friend tells you to try a drug, strongly say no. It's not worth it.
4. Self defense: It's important people. Rapists are pretty targeted. In fact, in my country, rape cases appear in the news everyday. 9 out of 10 are on girls by adult guys (feel free to fact check this though). Why? Children are weaker physically than adults. Easy prey.
5. Don't get into relationships as a kid/ teenager
I know some people are thinking 'oh no bOomEr thALia'
But according to RAINN (https://www.rainn.org/statistics/perpetrators-sexual-violence) 8/10 rape cases are by people known to the victim.
1/3 or these cases are by a current/ former romantic partner.
Young adults and kids are particularly vulnerable because they probably don't know about consent. I mean y'all I've read Wattpad bad boy books the writers (usually teenagers) clearly had no idea that sex without consent is ILLEGAL.
While you could counter-argue my point with 'What if I find a really nice guy or girl'? I would say still don't risk it. 1, you don't know them. When you're young you don't understand people as well as you think. Second, I do think you can be 'too young' for relationships. It's best for young people to focus on their studies/ careers/ self-development rather than invest time in a relationship which may distract you from more important things. Relationships are only relevant later in life. Thirdly, if a person 'loves' you, they should be willing to wait for you until you're both older. You shouldn't feel like 'what if they find someone else' if you were actually in love.
Furthermore, if you have a bad relationship with your parents, be very careful with relationships. I can explain in more detail in another chapter. But if your parents treat children bad, they think it's normal, and even hold the belief for romantic relationships. So they tend to see toxic' as 'normal'.
Anyways, if you feel like anything written here is wrong, feel free to correct me. I don't want to propagate false beliefs about something sensitive and important.
Let's all hope for a safer future for everyone.
