She is Psychic, so can move thinks with her mind as well as predict the future...tho it is limited she has to know that person personally, and it's only through touch.
She can use her Psychic abilities to fight as well but she is better at close combat, her specialty is Karate.

Extra Information
If I had to compare her abilities I'll compare it to Silver's powers.
She can summon a forcefield but it doesn't last long so it's very limited.
She is a flight type character because of her psychic like abilities and her being able to lift up objects that weight more than her.

How would you describe her personality? She is rather childish but serious, do her Psychic abilities she can be a bit paranoid mostly to her friends.

How did her and Sammy Meet? Through the Freedom Fighters, You see Nichole was first to introduce her to the team and her and Sammy became friends since then.

How powerful is she? Not that powerful to be honest with you she can punch but her punch can knock someone out but her psychic abilities has limits she can't move objects that are as big as a building or a Mountain and her powers can shut themselves off if she over uses them so she relies more on her combat skills.

How fast is she? As fast as Amy Rose is, so fast I assume she can be faster if she's floating with her psychic abilities.
