But you may ask yourself who are the Agents of this little Agency besides Team Surge and Team Pastel.

Well I'll tell you.

The Leader/Commander
Sally A. Acorn

It was a choose that Ace made he is a leader of course after all he's the one that convinced G.U.N and the Freedom Fighters to work together to take down Mephiles. He's a hero for reasons that he doesn't understand himself. Tho just because she is the daughter of the King and Queen, doesn't mean she isn't able to fight in fact Sally is very skilled in Sword Fighting and hand to combat, she's not as bossy as others may assume her to be and she is quite understanding, she always make sure to check on her fellow agents before making a decision herself. Tho she had made decisions when the time got rough. And yes her bracelets can create an energy sword and shield if needed

Team Rose

Amelia A. Rose

Amy joined not soon after when the Agency was still in development, at the time she wanted to join she was only 12, well she's 20 now and is a proud member of the group she is the Leader of her Team. Called Team Rose. She is still the same as all the Amys as well Cannon Amy so she still uses a Hammer, the only Difference is that she is happily Married to Shadow T. Hedgehog.
She also helps Sally with keeping the agency organized so she like second in command

Cream T. Rabbit

Cream wanted to join when she was 6 the reason behind this was that she was rescued by Ace when he was on, one of his missions to stop G.U.N. Think of this as a Sonic Advance 2 kind of plot but It didn't involve the chaos rubies. But she had to wait when she was a little older to join. Sally didn't want to want to break her heart but she also didn't want to put the Rabbit in danger either. It didn't really take long, Vanilla had a surprised for her on her 18th birthday and that was the year Cream was able to join the Freedom Fighters. Cream like younger self will always do her best, but with the acknowledgment and training she got for top notch Fighters she can hold her own.
She can still fly with her ears as well as them in a fight they aren't that delicate.

Tikal T. Echidna

Tikal was with Amy when she joined, this Tikal is far from different from the cannon one, you see with the Chaos Emerald not existing it gave chance for her to live, tho she is still the keeper of Chaos. Speaking of which the God has given Tikal the ability to control water, think of it as the Water Benders in Avatar The Last Air Bender, Like Cream she can understand Chao behavior as well as hold her own. Her and Knuckles are Related in a way.
The gem on her hand is how she's able to use Chaos the Water God's abilities, and yes she can use god's ability even without it.

Team Dark
Still the same members.

Shadow T. Hedgehog

Shadow doesn't really change much but with Maria being back he's been more open like more welling to work together with others tho it does help that his Wife (Amy) also encourages it, Shadow's story is the same except, it was G.U.N who tricked him into thinking that Robotnik was the one who sealed him away and killed Maria which wasn't true. But thanks to his Chaos Control abilities he's makes a good Spy for the Freedom Fighters as well as good leader for his Team even if he's a little Edgy at times and would rather do the Missions on his own.
Yes he has guns on his back with extra amo on his legs tho as much as wants to use them he listens to orders by only using them if really needed

Rouge T. Bat

Nothing much as changed about her, she's just makes a good Hacker and Spy for the Freedom Fighters, and if she's able to carry E123-Omega she's has some strong kicks and punches on her so she's much more than a flight character if you think about it. And yes she is still flirty or more towards Knuckles cause they are Dating, That Dumb Echidna hasn't as her to marry him yet (Son of Bitch)

Also the same, tho he's not as violent as he used to be when he was reprogrammed by G.U.N so he only gets violent if the time is right or the Freedom Fighters need extra support the same goes for his Team.

Team Dimensions

Blaze T. Cat

Even tho she is has her own dimension to take of she is still a member of the Freedom Fighters and does often travel to Solirus to help out if she need, not only that and she liked the Idea of having more than One Member working not only in Solirus but in different dimensions. Blaze doesn't change much but she is really close friends with Sally and Amy as well as her Team.

Silver T. Hedgehog

Despite him coming from the future, (Which was reconed away Thanks SEGA) Silver agreed to be a member of Freedom Fighters only because he had the ability to predict the future even if it's not always accurate that and he's a big help with keeping Mobius up to date with what's going on in Solirus, Silver doesn't change much either.

Marine T. Raccoon

It's best to have a good Sailor on the Team that can help you get to one island to another if you can't swim or fly. Well that and she's a good friend of Blaze and helps out in Sol as well as Solirus, like Tikal she can Water Bend at first she was only kid and didn't know how to control it but now that she older can control it much better. That and the Pirate like influence in Sol is really convincing on her.

Team Flower Petal

Cosmo T. Seedrain

Cosmo replaces Sonic in for the Team, tho she would probably represent as Flight or Power, but speed works too, Cosmo is a Seedrain meaning she can like Jade control plants and parts of her body, as such she is able to do harm in fights tho her powers are unlimited but at the same time not, she does have a cold down, so she is able to fight thanks to the training from Sally and Rouge, she can grow Vines out of her back, throw razor sharp leafs as projectiles at opponents, flowers can bloom on the palm of her hand these flowers can be poisonous if smelt or can put someone into a coma or just to sleep making kidnapping easier...tho Sally only has Cosmo use it if absolutely needed.

Miles T. Prower

He is the lead inventor of the Freedom Fighters, tho out of the members that had joined Tails was the first to join at such a young age, Sally was rather impressed with his inventing skills and fighting style that she let him join, Tails doesn't change much from the OG Tails just that he's not young anymore he can still Spin Dash, and fly with his tails as well as use his gadgets to help him a fight if anything he uses Brains more than bronzes.

Knuckles T. Echidna

This dumbass is still same as Normal Knuckles, choosing punch then ask questions later, tho that had changed he's more reasonable now think of him as Knuckles from the Comics and Forces, tho he still dumb and his ideas are often not followed but now that hes not guarding anything he has a lot of free time to train and help out others.

Team Chaotix
I'm pretty sure I don't have explain this one

Vector T. Crocodile

He's still the same old Crocodile we all love, just that he's not as Money hungry after all The King and Queen do pay the Fighters for there hard work with keeping every Solirian safe from G.U.N if they did try to pull something sneaky, as much as you can guess he is the boss of this this Detective group he's just gets distracted sometimes.

Charmy T. Bee

This little Bee, while he's not little anymore but he is a good member of the Freedom Fighters tho he may not be useful but he is does know how to get a job done whether that be a distraction or sneaking into places that others can't go. Tho he is good Detective tho who knew people were so afraid a bees.

Espio T. Chameleon

Well this Ninja is great at what he does, so I really don't need to explain why he'd makes a good member for the Freedom Fighters and Detective.

Team Robotnik

Julian Ivo Robotnik

In the Solirus Robotnik is a good guy and uses his intelligence to help out the Fighters and The King with that being said he helped created the Base where the Teams say in but of course he had help with his Cousin and Uncle, Maria and Gerald, his creations include E123-Omega, Nichole, and Sonic (Metal Sonic), tho Nichole and Sonic is his most prized creations he had made but he loves all of his inventions. Tho his inventions aren't that easy to hack after the incident with Omega he has improve on his inventions

Maria R. Hedgehog

Maria also known as Project Maria, is a hedgehog version Maria Robotnik, Ivo and Gerald knew the sickness was gonna kill her so when her human body died her memories were transferred into her hedgehog body, Maria's body was created the same way as Shadow was, just with a few minor differences, without any help from the Black Arms Aliens, she was made with the help from Chaos and one of the Chaos Rubies that the King had, with that being said Maria has the same abilities as shadow but she chooses not to fight unless it's needed Like Ace she is at very high risk of being used as a tool by G.U.N do her being made by the Chaos Ruby.

Gerald Robotnik

Nothing really changed about him, besides from that fact that he is very old but not frail, most of his body is made of Robot parts so he is a Cyborg, with his new body he is able to fight but like Ivo and Maria he chooses not too, again only if the Fighters are in desperate need of help, with that being said his robotic body is mostly connected to his nervous system not to risk anything with G.U.N wanting to use him as a tool. Tho this has cost some problems of course if you disarm him like rip off a limb he won't be able to use it but because his mind is working so hard to keep this new form stable he is often times unable to move to change this he has a battery pack strapped to him back with the help of Ace and Maria the energy that the battery pack uses doesn't run out tho is the battery pack is remove Gerald is left being useless but the pack is in a place that can't be seen on Robotnik's body.

Metal Sonic

Metal hasn't really changed, since it's you know Metal Sonic, just made good, so think of him as Sonic the Hedgehog just robotic. But he is Organic which is why he's called Sonic even tho he's not.
