At her camp, Darcia returns to see some of her soldiers were dead. She starts to feel upset and angry as she assumes that Mark and Lupin killed her soldiers.

Darcia:  I will make sure that they'll die by my hands.

    Darcia was walking towards the city and starts to attack everyone on sight until she sensed Mark nearby.

Darcia:  There you are.

   As Mark was heading back towards the pizzeria, he sees many buildings were on fire. Suddenly, Mark backs away from the sight of his ex-girlfriend, staring in horror.

Darcia: Running away again? Is that what you've become, my love? A coward?

Mark: Why are you doing this?

Darcia: You and I were going to change the world, remember? We were destined to light the fires of revolution! *stares at an injured civilian* Consider this... a spark.

    Mark charges towards her and pushes her away from the civilian, and they stand with their eyes glaring angrily.

Mark: I'm... not... running.

Darcia: You... will.

  She kicks him away, knocking him onto the floor.

Darcia: But not before you suffer for your betrayal, my love.

    She smiles and begins walking toward him until she kicks him in the stomach angrily.

Darcia: You should've join me and the gang! Can't you see that!?

Mark: I never wanted this! I wanted peace!

Darcia: What you want is impossible!

    She sheathes her sword and backhands Mark across his face, knocking him over.

Darcia: But I understand because all I want is you, Mark.

    And as I set out upon this world and deliver the destruction upon everyone, I will make it my mission to destroy everything you love.

Lupin: Mark!

    Lupin's voice draws their attention from their distance nearby, before looking around for her teammate.

Lupin: Mark! Where are you!?

    Darcia looks at  Mark to see his terrified expression, then returns her gaze to Lupin.

Darcia: Starting with her.

    Darcia draws her sword and stabs it into Mark's abdomen near his left hip, causing him to shriek in pain. The cry catches Lupin's attention.

Lupin: Huh?

    Darcia stands upright, pulling her sword from Mark's flesh and turning to face Lupin.

Lupin: Get away from him!

Mark: *reaching out helplessly, whispering* No... please...

    Darcia unsheathes her sword, smiling. Lupin screams, her eyes turning yellow. She leaps at Darcia, drawing her fist back with tears in her eyes. Darcia swiftly leaps at Lupin and starts to shock her with lightning as Lupin has lost her right eye. As Lupin flies through the air, she was holding her right side of her face until Darcia throws a knife at Lupin's chest.

Darcia:  Don't worry, you'll be joining your family soon including the people from your old village.

    Before Darcia sheathes her sword and was ready to strike Lupin, Mark jumps in front of Lupin and was ready to sacrifice himself. Suddenly, FrostWing appears in front of them and grabs Mark and Lupin. Before Darcia was ready to shock FrostWing with her lightning strikes, Yui appears out of nowhere and throws a large ki blast at Darcia.

FrostWing:  Okay, I should definitely thank Zaydon's Angel later.

    FrostWing teleported to the pizzeria and set Lupin and Mark on the bed at the medical room.
