This OC was created when I was seven. So I decided to share her :)
Here's a pic to help grasp the idea of what Ana looks like:

NOTE: art is NOT MINE! This is the closest thing I could find that looked like her.

Details: Ana is practically Sonic's twin, the same height as him, but her quills are the color Navy Blue--darker than Sonic's.
  Ana is Sonic's sister. She's 15 years old, the same age as Sonic.
 

Outfit/appearance: Ana's main outfit is a black crop top with a pair of shorts, and black lace up boots, while having two golden rings as bracelets, and one golden ring in her ear.
  Ana's quills are shorter than Sonic's, her hairstyle is exactly like Amy Rose if you want an idea of what it looks like.
  Ana wears black gloves instead of white, and Ana's fur is navy blue, all the while having a white chest🩵. Ana's eyes are DARK green.

Family: Sonic (brother) though sometimes she definitely wants to strangle Sonic.

Personality: She's definitely like Sonic when it comes to personality. She's funny, sometimes a smart ass, loyal to her friends and family, a fighter for what she believes. She's always willing to stand up to a threat--even if the threat could easily squash her.
  She's kind hearted, quick thinker, ambitious, stubborn, annoyed easy, always smiling, and not quite subtle with her emotions, and definitely not a good liar. Sometimes a tomboy, always down to do stupid dares, easily jealous, obsessed, and a teaser.

Friends: She gets along with almost the whole Sonic and Friends crew, but she tends to get along better with Tails, Knuckles, Rouge, Blaze, and Shadow--even if Shadow sometimes despises her.
Also! She's friends with Luna (LunaNatsukiMoonlight OC's) and Ari! (_Angelic_Amy_ OC's!)

Love interests: Ana never focused much on love, she may have had a crush here and there, but they were always so short lived and just not much to brag about.
  But the day she met Shadow, it was said, and Sonic quotes "your eyes turned heart shaped. Literally."
  She fell first, and it was hard and fast. But her feelings remained one-sided, since Shadow had no time or the heart for something stupid like a crush.
  But to sum it up, Ana's obsession for Shadow was exactly like Amy Rose's obsession for Sonic😂

Likes: Racing, chili dogs, sugar drinks, coffee with whipped cream on top, hanging out with her brother, dancing, singing, helping her friends, annoying Shadow, learning how to fight, all sorts of music, cooking.

Dislikes: Eggman, being considered a kid, squash, getting defeated in a fight, told what to do, rude people, not being able to run, watching people flirt with her man--even though they aren't in a relationship.

Abilities: Ana only has two abilities. Super Speed, and Spin Dash. She can't control Chaos Emeralds, or has a crazy super form, she's just... simple.
So to make up for her lack of abilities, she's a professional at martial arts, and knows how to shoot guns--thanks to Shadow teaching her. She's very flexible, and can squeeze through tight spots if necessary.
