What's up guys it's Mario and Sonic fanboy and today we're going to be doing a little blast from the past with my first Wattpad story (and my first vs matchup) back in 2018 and that is Team Mario and Sonic VS Team My Little Pony  

For those of you who don't know way back in 2018 I made my very story.

I got this from a video that was made two years prior by a YouTuber named (then Mario and Sonic super gamer) Mario Sonic and Madoka gamer where Mario, Sonic, Luigi, Tails, Yoshi, and Knuckles team up to divide and conquer and fight against the Mane 6 with Twilight, Applejack, Rarity, Pinkie Pie, Fluttershy, and Rainbow Dash. As you can tell if you watched the video Mario and Sonic and co won that battle. I took inspiration by making my own version of with a few differences such as Luigi and Tails working as a team against Twilight and Rarity (whereas he had Yoshi and Tails work as a team) and Yoshi and Knuckles as a team against Applejack and Fluttershy (whereas he has Luigi and Knuckles as a team) either way in both versions Mario and Sonic's team took a W. I even made a sequel that includes Mega Man which sets up a future story but sadly I never got the chance to continue it because I didn't feel like it.

Also fun fact I actually made my own version of Shell Shocked you know Mario and Sonic VS MLP edition.

I also was planning on making a remake but I stopped. Man I miss those days. But now I'm going to be doing this team battle again but this time I'm going to be adding some power scaling in the mix to see which team will actually prevail. So without further a do let's begin.

Firstly how this works is that each teams are going have everything okay that means Them Marko and Sonic will all have all their powers and even standard equipment both teams are also free to use their strongest forms such as Super Sonic, Super Tails, and Super Knuckles with the Chaos Emeralds, Mario, Luigi, and Yoshi will use a couple of Invincibility Power Ups, and the Mane 6 will have the Elements of Harmony. So with that being said let's start with Team Mario and Sonic.

For attack potency Mario and Sonic's team are pretty much on par with each other both having powers of universal to multiversal levels of power to put things into prospective Mario, Luigi, and Yoshi can easily be compared to Wario who destroyed the Black Jewel and survived his explosion who triggered the collapse of an entire dimension, Mario and co can also fight opponents with Power Stars which have arguments of making entire dimensions

Hell even Bowser with the Grand Stars actually has the power to destroy an entire universe.

Considering Mario and co have collected said stars they should definitely be at those levels of power. Mario and Luigi have defeated Dreamy Bowser who is empowered by the Dream Stone which can create dreams that are have be dimensions.

Now I know someone's going to say that Dreamy Bowser has no feats to back this up but based on scaling to other opponents who have similar powers like the Zeekeeper he should still be comparable. Mario and co have also fought a being named Culex who can not only see the past and future but he can consume all of time.

That's some more multiversal levels of power Hell Mario and his friends fought and defeated Dimentio who can destroy all universes also for those of you who believe that Paper Mario isn't canon well Superstar Saga as these nostalgia blocks of Mario's past adventures and the reference is Paper Mario.

Even if you don't buy it Paper Jam only proves that their equal in power as Mario, Luigi, and Paper Mario have been shown fighting alone side each other on equal footing so it doesn't matter, either either Mario, Luigi, and Yoshi should be around multiversal level. As for Sonic, Tails, and Knuckles all of them also scale to each other, Sonic in his base form was able to defeat Erazor Djinn who absorbed all of the book of the Arabian Nights which has at least 1001 pages and considering that each page is at least contain universal levels of power we can say that Erazor has the power to destroy a universe 1001 times over and Sonic beat him in base form. Now that's just his base form if we talk about Super form that's an entirely different story. The Super forms are powerful by all 7 Chaos Emeralds, in Sonic 06 Mephiles and Iblis once used the Chaos Emeralds to merge into Solaris and later on destroy all timelines in existence which includes the past, present, and future.

As you can see in this video in order to become Solaris a being that would destroy all of time itself and dimensions Mephiles and Iblis needed the Chaos Emeralds to reach that level of power. It's even been stated that Solaris eats dimensions for lunch.

Those are like complex multiversal+ levels of power and considering Super Sonic, Super Tails, and Super Knuckles are all powered by the Chaos Emeralds they should definitely be comparable. That is insane levels of power. Now I do see arguments of base Sonic being multiversal in base form because he defeated Infinite who with the Phantom Ruby can create entire dimensions and created Null Space which is described as a "prison that goes on forever"

Implying that Infinite created a dimension that's infinite now I don't do really vibe with it as much however given that Sonic has stated himself that he gets stronger every second I can totally see why people buy this argument so if I were to take this to face value I would say it's low multiversal especially since that's child's play in comparison to what Solaris can do but either way Sonic, Tails, and Knuckles scale to multiversal. So in terms of Attack Potency, Team Mario and Sonic are low multiversal to complex multiversal. Now as for speed I have to speed feats. Mario and his crew can keep up with the Millennium Star who flew and fell from the center of the universe.

The center of the universe is normally around 46 billion light years.

And the Millennium Star fell from the center of the universe in about 10 seconds. In order for the Millennium Star to reach 46.6 billion light years he would've had to fall at least 147,055,275,153,052,716 times faster than light. Which is insane.

And all of the Mario crew were able to match this guy in speed so they should definitely be that fast. As for Sonic well he was able to keep up with Erazor Djinn who can travel across the Arabian Knights book which is arguably the size of a universe considering its stated to have dimensions so to move that fast he would have to move at 195,660,838,273,814,720 times faster than light and Sonic was able to keep up with him in BASE form.

It should be noted that I got this calc from a guy who used this calculation for Archie Sonic but I applied it to game Sonic since Erazor Djinn did a similar feat. As Super Sonic he can keep up with the Time Eater who ranged his attack on in entire universe.

Considering the time frame was about 5 minutes in order to reach this speed it would have to move at 4,275,165,900,676,200,920,000 times faster than light and Super Sonic was able to keep up with him. Now both have arguments of infinite speed like both moving through dimensional rifts some would say is infinite speed which if taken to face value is a decent argument but I won't go over too much detail otherwise it would be complicated. So yeah that's Team Mario and Sonic.

So overall Team Mario and Sonic are multiversal with MFTL+ speeds.

Moving on to Team My Little Pony aka the Mane 6. I think it's safe to say that that Twilight, Applejack, Rarity, Fluttershy, Pinkie Pie, and Rainbow Dash are all equal in both power and speed, they can keep up and fight alongside each other and the Elements of Harmony does given them equal boost in power and likely speed so yes it's easy to say that they scale to each other but anyways with these Elements of Harmony can defeat the likes or Nightmare Moon who's power is equal to that of Stygian who can reshape all realities.

And yes it's multiversal because it was stated to be an INFINITE number of realities.

Considering Celestia used the Elements to defeat Nightmare Moon this puts the Elements at a similar level of power. There are also several examples of characters at multiverse levels of power as Discord was able to rip and play with the fabric of reality as if it was his toy thing and with these Elements he was defeated twice once by Celestia and Luna and the second time by the Mane 6. Some more examples are similar opponents like Sunset Shimmer and Midnight Twilight. Sunset Shimmer obviously wielded Twilight's crown but she was still defeated by her and her friends even without the crown and Midnight Twilight was able to open portals to the pony world and almost destroyed them both with her power. There are a couple of more examples of multiversal feats in My Little Pony but for you guys sake I won't go over them.

Moving on to speed last time I calculated the Storm King moving the sun and moon multiple times would be at over 6,584,550 times faster than light speed though 313,550 times the speed of light but I found another speed feat that tops this one. (At least if you don't use the highest calc) Discord was able to travel from Horsehead Nebula to Earth. Turns out the Horsehead Nebula is a real thing and it's 1,500 Light years away and according to Discord he traveled back in like a month.

Considering the average month is at least 30 days he must've traveled over 18,262 times faster than light. Now I know this is kinda travel speed but I thought I put this in here anyway. Now I did see at least one argument of infinite speed but I couldn't really find it.

Overall though Team MLP aka Mane 6 are multiversal with MFTL+ speeds.

And finally let's go on to the results on who I think wins. Based on the information I gathered I have to say Team Mario and Sonic wins this. Let me explain despite the Mane 6's abilities and magical powers Mario and Sonic's team had them outmatch in a few key areas but let me say despite what me and the past and Mario Sonic Madoka gamer made if look like it's not a curve stomp in fact it's actually a close match, in terms of abilities and arsenal Mane 6 actually have a clear edge here when it comes to their magical abilities they have LOTS of options needed making the much more versatile especially with the Elements of Harmony they've got tons of different magical attacks as shockingly Mane 6 only need to hit Sonic and Mario's crew once. Sure Team Mario and Sonic could counter some of them but they couldn't defend against hax abilities like mind, matter, or even life manipulation as shown when young Twilight was able to turn an object into a bird's nest. With all these overwhelming magic Team My Little Pony definitely have the means to one shot Team Mario and Sonic and end the fight then and there. However the problem is that is that in order to get a solid final blow in they'd have to hit Team Mario and Sonic first and if you take a good look at their calculated speed feats you would know that's easier said than done and adding the super forms would only widening the speed gap even further, so with this insane speed Team Mario and Sonic have a pretty good advantage thus giving them the change to avoid all of MLP team's ranged attacks and land the killing blow before the ponies would. But even if we used the infinite speed (or higher) arguments for both teams thus equalizing them, speed isn't the only thing that mattered. But before I do that I should say based on what I've seen theoretically it is possible for the Mane 6 to time travel back into to the start of the of the fight if not for the fact that Team Mario and Sonic have similar time travel abilities as well including Earlier Times, Retry Clock, and Chaos Control (especially since super forms have all 7 Chaos Emeralds) so time traveling is out of the question as both counter each other. As for power output both teams have scaling and defeated multiversal level opponents meaning that their nearly similar in power however enemies like Dimentio and Solaris take their raw powers even further on nearly a complex level which is different from normal multiversal which is slightly higher than what the Mane 6 are capable off and are capable of taking their hits head own but both teams are among one of the strongest in their respective worlds and it's definitely a lot closer than people think it is but this match ultimately comes down to who will land the final blow first. The Mane 6's magic, techniques, and ranged versatility definitely made this a close match and won't go down so easily despite what my past self may say but Team Sonic and Mario's raw power, speed, and toughness means that more times than not their victory was assured. So in my opinion my opinion Team Mario and Sonic wins this.
