I HAVE GOOD NEWS!!!!!!

Okay, so....

About 4 years ago, I was just getting into Pokémon. Well one day, I found a copy of Pokémon Pearl just sitting on the side of the road. I showed it to my mom and took it home.

I loved that game. Like, so much. My first ever Pokémon game (and it's Sinnoh! Who wouldn't love that!)

Moving on to that Christmas, when my family and I went on a trip for the holidays. I had left Pearl in my DS, and left my DS in the car for several months because I had forgotten about it. When I finally did remember and try to play it, the DS just gave me a blue screen saying something like "Cannot read save data. Please restart and try again." Basically it wouldn't work, and that was that.

Welllllll flash forward to today..... I was still very disappointed in the Pokémon Direct (was so excited for DPP remakes...). I remembered that I still had Pearl, and watched some things on what to do.. turns out it just needed to be cleaned with rubbing alcohol..

Anyway though, all this to say that it's working now, and I am VERY happy!!!

So yeah, I had apparently decided to save in the middle of Old Chateau when I was last on it.. what a nice welcome back to Sinnoh..

Honestly, I'm thinking about maybe restarting the game and playing as Lucas..

But I'm just extremely glad that I finally have my game back.. and it's all because of Pokémon Unite......

Hearing this Sinnoh music actually from my game is making me nostalgic..
